Anyway, the service is great. We had you cope finely with meal and weather. Because it is a hotel on a small remote island, it doesn't have the same facilities as a big hotel, but it was just a beautiful sea. I want to stay here again.
The Marine House Aharen is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Marine House Aharen is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Tokashiki. The hotel is 43km from Naha Airport and 43km from Gibo Station. This hotel is located near many of Tokashiki's attractions including Mihanahara Observatory, Tunnel-shaped rock in Aharen Beach. and Teruyama Observatory. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities.
I needed to cancel my booking here due to a big typhoon that had cancelled all boats to Tokashiki island.
Turns out it was non-refund booking. The hotel manager went above and beyond in dealing with my booking agent to get me a refund when she could have just pointed to the no refund sign.
This is the type of person I wish to support so I will be staying here next year when I return to Okinawa.
Thank you π

The beach is truly paradise and the staffs were so kind and very welcoming. Do not expect luxurious 5 star hotel amenities though. This is more of a lodge kind of accommodation but it is very nice and the breakfast and dinner buffet was also great. My kids loved it. Lunch set had a really big serving and was also delectable. You just have to remember their opening hours if youβre not going out anywhere else. Would highly recommend this place especially for families. Excellent place and service!
This hotel can only be recommended. You felt very welcome from the start. The entire team was friendly, open-minded and extremely accommodating. In this hotel, communication is possible in English and all inquiries were answered with a smile. An early check-in was possible free of charge. Payments can be made by card. The luggage was brought to the room by the staff :-) The room was clean and nicely furnished. Above all, the bed with a filled grain pillow and a fluffy duvet was very comfortable. The air conditioning was a real blessing in the conditions. The sanitary facilities are a unique experience in Japan anyway, and here too they are well equipped. For breakfast there was either a western or a Japanese variant. The Japanese breakfast is a real feast for the palate. Variety was also provided for at breakfast - really great! For me it was one of the best breakfasts in Japan! Absolutely high quality. The hotel has the perfect location and is only a four-minute walk from the harbor. The hotel also has a private shuttle bus that can take guests to Aharen Beach free of charge. Overall, my stay was very relaxing and I was absolutely satisfied with this hotel - highly recommended! The only negative aspect was the thin walls. You could occasionally hear the room next door
Watari Kashiki Island is my first visit for two nights and three days. I was worried about my solo trip but I was able to enjoy it enough. I didn't dive and it was just a leisurely trip. Thank you for the transfer. I want to use it again. It is about 90 seconds walk to Awaren Beach. Accommodation Pension type room. The appearance is as shown in the photo. I visited the front desk many times for my first visit, but I am very satisfied with the response. Thank you. The room felt a bit narrow, but there was no problem because the time spent in the room was short. (good) The hygiene was good and there was no smell even if the air conditioner was used. There was no outlet near the bed, but an extension code was prepared firmly. (I hope to improve) The shower took time until hot water came out. The radio wave of the WiFi was weak and often interrupted. Meal Restaurant on the second floor of the building next door. The atmosphere was bright and I enjoyed the meal alone. It was delicious. Especially the lunch time meal is satisfactory with both quality and quantity. Facilities Terrace seats, front desk shops, outdoor vending machines, and garbage dumps were also firm and there was no trouble. There was also a coin-form washing machine and a large diving equipment.
Breakfast and dinner here were thoughtfully prepared and traditional Japanese food. The rooms are also very traditional, with tatami matts and small bathroom. The staff is very very nice and goes out of their way to do what they can to improve your stay. The location is fantastic - only a few blocks to beautiful Aharen beach. Right in town, it is easy to visit other shops and restaurants. After some translation challenges we were able to arrange the shuttle from/ to the ferry which was very helpful. Be prepared that this is an older building. It is well-kept but not the cleanest. The air conditioning was an older unit. Internet only really worked in the lobby area. We did get a non-smoking room. As long as you can accept the relaxed βbeach hotel vibeβ you will enjoy your stay!
The rooms are clean and well equipped with amenities and home appliances. In addition to picking up and dropping off from the port, we were able to pick up and drop off to the beach every day and enjoy it until the last day. there are many repeat customers.
, It is due to the detailed correspondence and the personality of the staff. I definitely want to come back when staying at Zamami Island. Thank you very much.

What travellers say about Tokashiki attractions
Discover these places worth visiting in Tokashiki and select a hotel nearby for ultimate convenience
Tokashiki Island
VvivienvivienThere are 3 beaches on Dujiashi Island. Apollian Beach is recommended. First, this beach has a beautiful observation deck. The sea view can be seen. Second, there is an unmanned island opposite this beach. You can rent a boat to explore the unmanned island. Third, there is a mysterious beach next to Apollian Beach. If you are on a day trip, play Apollian Beach in the morning and go to the mysterious beach in the afternoon. The time is very sufficient.
Nagannu Island
VvivienvivienThis is an uninhabited island very close to Naha, the capital of Okinawa. It takes only 20 minutes by boat from Naha Tomari Port. The beach on the island is mainly a coral beach, with many corals and shell fragments. It is not so soft, but very white. The transparency of the coastal waters is also very high, and you can see the blue sea even on cloudy days.
Wreck' 92
EeigoI was supposed to go, but I caught a cold and didn't go to the sea. Everyone went diving. The photos are like a photo album. I didn't dive, I just went fishing. Going out to sea is always exciting!
Tokashiku Beach
WwbclawyerTokashiku Beach, one of the three major beaches on Tokashiki Island, has beautiful scenery. Outside the beach is a small forest and grass. The leaves and vines of plants have climbed onto the beach, giving it a feeling of a forest beach. There are hermit crabs and shells of various colors on the beach near the sea. It is beautiful to enjoy the light and shadow changes of the sunset on the beach.
Aharen Beach
LlilyBeautiful and quiet beach. There are few people in winter~
From Tokashiki Island, you can reach Aharen Beach by bus in about 15 minutes. The one-way trip costs 400 yen. The scenery along the way is great. When driving through the mountain road, you can overlook the entire beach from the top of the mountain
There are water activities on the beach. You can pay for boating and swimming. But many businesses are closed in winter. There is only one store that rents snorkeling equipment. The brave can try swimming. When the sun is strong during the day, the sea water is not very cold and it is acceptable~
Aharen Observatory
LlilyThe view from the observation deck is superb! 360-degree sea view from Aharen Beach a short walk will see a small hill climb a short step up to this observation deck, from above overlooking the scenery is completely different from the view on the beach, when the weather is good, you can even take a big picture
