The location of the hotel is very good, 5min from Midosuji Station to Shinsaibashi/Umeda/Namba, the room facilities are also good, the sanitary condition is good, and the staff is very good. Hotel is located about 5 minutes away from the Esaka station and there are a few Lawson marts located around the hotel. Coin operated laundry service is located about 10 minutes away from the hotel.
