NNR~I had zero problem with the hotel quality standard and their staff profesionalism HOWEVER only downside of this booking is that I paid via Trip. Com and bank has deducted the full amount yet upon check-in the hotel has to ask for full payment resorting me to make TWOCE the transaction for the rate of x1 night x1 room for x1 pax.
Trip .com sort it out and kindly expedite the refund process .
Nonetheless I highly recommend for all travellers alike looking for a gd stay conveniently located in the airport terminal. Efficient.
LLarry8It is a 3/4 minute walk north from the east exit of JR Kumatori Station. The service is very warm and the breakfast is very good, which exceeds the expectations of such a business hotel.
There is an artificial hot spring on the second floor of the hotel, which is very good. There are free drinks from 18:00 to 20:00 in the evening, and welcome tea powder.
Will stay again.
GGuest UserI think it's a Chinese-owned hotel, and it's a low-rise hotel with a huge floor area like IKEA, which is a type that you don't often see in Japan. There were many large buses staying there, so it seems that there were many inbound groups. The staff were foreigners, but they were polite and nice. The room was also clean. We were on the first floor, so we were a little bothered by the noise from the floor above, but otherwise there were no problems. It's a short train ride from Kansai Airport and Rinku Outlet.
TTUOArrived at night, took public transportation + walked, it turned out to be a bit long, it would be more suitable if you booked a car to arrive.
The room was very clean, with constant temperature water pipes, multiple USB direct plug sockets, new facilities, and delicious breakfast.
There is a white gravel beach nearby with clear water bottom, which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
The front desk brother helped drive to the subway station, very nice!
SSurachatTrClean, very luxurious, there's a place to soak in the water, everything is there, hardly any extra preparation required. The room is big and very comfortable to sleep.
YyanzehuanIn fact, it is a love hotel in Japan, but the location is very remote, there are no mountains in front, no shops in the back, it is very inconvenient without a private car, and local taxis are not easy to find.
The waiters are generally not at the front desk, and they are all contacted by phone, and there is no need to open the door for food delivery, as there is a food delivery port.
The attitude of the service staff was still very good. When I learned that I had to catch a plane and couldn't hail a taxi, the clerk shifted over at 9:00 a.m. and took me directly to the subway station after the shift.
But there is Misaki Park nearby, the coastline is beautiful, walk for 1 hour.
