This place is close to the domestic airport but far from the international airport. it's inconvenient if you have heavy luggage.
in the surrounding area there are some restaurants. The room is quite comfortable but it is cramped to open a large luggage. they provide free toiletries and there is all-you-can-drink. But
There are 2 things that disappointed me
1. I made a mistake and made a room reservation for 1 person and made a telephone call if it could be change for 2 people. The male staff on the phone offered an upgrade and I had to pay 4600 yen. I agreed and said I would arrive at the hotel within 2 hours. But when we arrived at the hotel. At front desk there were 2 female staff who didn't know at all about the reservation I made and the changes. The female staff recalculated and I had to pay 4800 yen. Their additional fee is 4400yen + 400yen (accommodation tax for 2 people). Which is different from the phone. When i ask why the additional fee different from the one called? the female staff said it was because there were two of us. But I already paid in full for 1 person and I should have paid as said on the phone. Since I'm too tired from the trip to the hotel and had early morning flight. I just let it be.
2. While resting, I heard a noise and it turned out the sound came from the AC in the room. Even though we didn't use it, the AC made noise all night. I was quite disturbed and lack of sleep
for front office staff: it is better to speak slowly but clearly than fast but hard to understand.
The second time I chose to stay here, the hotel has a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off at Terminals 1, 2, and 3 on a regular basis, there is a Lawson convenience store, the breakfast is rich, and the cost-effectiveness is high. I was given a free cancellation due to a flight change on the first day of arrival, which was a bit regrettable. It is the best choice for transit during the journey.
An unmanned accommodation located 5 minutes away on foot from Fukuoka Airport.
We spent the last night of our trip and as soon as we entered,
An interior filled with the scent of cypress trees,
It felt like I was in a condo.
It's quiet around so it's good for relaxing
I will use it again in the summer.
Bed condition is a bit poor.
Kitchen facilities and bathtub are good.
It's about a 15-minute walk from the domestic bus terminal at Fukuoka Airport.
It might be a bit difficult to walk if it's raining.
There are few convenience stores or places to eat around the hotel. They sell snacks and instant noodles near the front desk, but if you want a proper meal, I recommend eating at Hakata Station or the airport.
Breakfast is available from 5:45 and you can make it in time for the free shuttle bus to the domestic terminal at 6:05. However, it's a bit tricky to get there if you're flying to the first international terminal in the morning, so give up and ask them to call a taxi. If you're flying early in the morning, it took less than 15 minutes to get there.
The taxi fare was about 1,600 yen.
I thought it would be more helpful if they provided a shuttle to the international terminal.
You can get the amenities you need at the front desk.
The room wear was a waffle-fabric 3/4-length top and shorts, which were quite comfortable.
They were sold at the front desk for about 4,000 yen.
I booked this hotel for my layover to Hokkaido because it’s one of the closest to the airport with a reasonable price. After a tiring day exploring Fukuoka, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, even though it was quite late at night.
The room was just right for a short stay, had everything I needed, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The complimentary breakfast was simple but enough to start the day. The highlight of their service is definitely the free shuttle to both the domestic and international airports.
I’ll definitely stay here again for a layover!
