This Ryokan was amazing! The rooms were comfortable and very traditional. The room was equipped with an air-conditioner/heater and a kotatsu table, which is a Japanese heated table. The location it wonderful, the hotel is surrounded by resturants and bars. And the owners are the sweetest and kindest couple I've met. When we visited it was cold and rainy, and we thought we had to walk to the train station, when we asked the owner to call us a taxi, he went outside and pulled up in his personal car to drive us there! Besides the very difficult to aquire taste of natto, the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Everything about my stay here was fantastic! I would absolutely recommend this ryokan!

We stayed in Route-Inn often and we are satisfied as usual. If you are driving it's very convenient to park your car free just beside the hotel. My wife commented that the breakfast is not as good as before (no breads especially)

The hotel covers a large area, there are many rooms, and there are several free parking lots of its own, and there are many parking spaces. The villa has prepared a lot of skiing gear and sledges for the children to play, and the children have a good time on the snow in the parking lot. On the day we went, the whole villa was almost only our family, very quiet and comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather is heavy snow, and the famous attractions around can't go. You can go to the center of the beast and the waterfall of the jade curtain.

It was necessary to take a tax from the tran station to the hotel. It's next to the warehouses so that's nice about the location. We used the bicycles from the hotel to see the town, which was very convenient. The room was a little outdated but clean. The Japanese breakfast was very nice. We had hoped to have dinner in the hotel, but they do not have it any more.

Hotel location is good, go to any attraction by walk, there is a dedicated parking lot near the hotel, the waiter is very careful to explain to us how to drive and use the parking lot, the hotel lobby is beautifully designed, the breakfast quality is very good, very rich, very delicious
