A very historic hot spring hotel founded in 1900, the rooms and so on are very clean. The service is completely in accordance with tradition, all the service staff in the hotel are very polite, the dinner breakfast is very good, and the dinner on the second night follows the tradition and is more advanced than the first night. The most rare thing is that breakfast is also made in accordance with the traditional Japanese set meal, which is really rare, because many high-end hot spring hotels have changed to buffet breakfast. The location is beautiful and the views from the car park assured us we had chosen well. Check in was helpful and all facilities were fully explained at this time, allowing us to book our dining time. The room was comfortable and traditional; the view, amazing! With an afternoon of sunshine, time was taken to enjoy the view in a temperature controlled setting. There was a beautiful tea set and tea provided along with some complementary snacks and water. The toiletries provided were lovely and I shall certainly be looking to purchase these for my home. Dinner was a Chinese style buffet, with an excellent selection of dishes. Barbecues for the table and delicious sashimi and hand prepared sushi. Soups, stews, salad and more! To follow was an assortment of cakes and ice creams. Staff were very helpful and polite and the food was filling and delicious. We then retired to the hotel bar where we were again greeted by a lovely member of staff. Upon return to our room, futons had been prepared and the room made ready for sleep. These were surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious with a huge array of dishes to choose from. Check out was simple and staff were helpful and polite. I will definitely be returning! I

We used it on a GW trip. The location is not bad because it is close to the station, close to convenience stores and close to restaurants. However, there was a shortage of staff. Waiting for check-in, slow replenishment of service items, and regrettable breakfast without replenishment. There was also a bug on the pillow. Was the timing of going bad? I think it's good if you just stay.

The root inn of the meteorite had a sense of stability. It is convenient because there is a supermarket nearby if it is a car. The shape of the building was different and interesting compared to other route inns.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful. The Japanese style room was large and a teapot with tea was provided. The hotel had a breakfast buffet with very good food and hot drinks that opened at 6:30 am. We appreciated the early morning opening as we wanted to hike and could get an early start. Most restaurants /shops in MIyako open at 10. There are plenty of great restaurants downtown and surrounding areas, about a 30-40 minute walk. The hotel is also willing to call a cab. After a long day of hiking it was great to be able to use the onsen in the hotel. We would stay there again when visiting Japan.
