Amazing staff - always kind and helpful. Food was wonderful and the best we had in Japan. The menu had around ten courses, each course with multiple small bowls and dips, beautifully arranged and served with love. The fish was very fresh and tasted amazing. We enjoyed using the onsen every day. Always clean, hot and soothing, they also offer a wide range of shampoo, conditioner and conditioner. No need to bring your own. The hotel itself (and the town) is a bit old unfortunately and although it is very clean, beds and rugs are older and might smell a bit. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Very good hot spring hotel, 6-7 minutes by car from Yunoyama Hot Spring Station. It is the season to watch the red leaves when you go. The hotel has a small shop but the inside is Liuyan Huaming. If you have a chance, you will go to Xiaozhu.

I didn't contact a lot of staff, but I could imagine the whole thing if I talked to some people. Especially, the care and the way of talking to the person in charge at the restaurant were not the correspondence in the textbook that I felt in other hotels, but it was a correspondence that I thought I was really concerned.
