When I fly tomorrow, I usually stay at a hotel near the airport. In short, there is no problem with ”inorganic” facilities as long as you can get on the plane the next morning. December last year. After traveling around Kyushu with the 18 ticket, I stayed one night at Eminence near Aso Kumamoto Airport. I didn't expect much from staying at this hotel, which costs about 6,000 yen per night including breakfast, but... Guests can use the hot spring facility adjacent to the hotel for free, and there is also a dining room in the same building. I soaked in the hot springs among the day-trippers, ate pork cutlets for 800 yen at the cafeteria, and was extremely satisfied that I was able to take it easy. Next, I booked an LCC from Kumamoto in September, thinking that I would stay for a few nights and settle on ”Mr. Shosuke Obara”.

The hotel is named in Japanese ピースフル Youxuyou, and the network address is ************************ . I booked a single room on July 13, and I thought it was a special price of 93 yuan/night. When I checked in on the afternoon of the 14th, the front desk told me that this was a birthday special. My passport showed that the check-in date was inconsistent with the birthday, so I couldn't enjoy the birthday special and needed to make up the difference. I said that when booking through Trip , the website and the order (English and Chinese) did not show that this was a birthday limited special. I decided to pay the difference first after thinking about it. After contacting Trip customer service to reflect this situation, Trip verified this situation with Japanese agents and hotel parties. After the three parties coordinated, the Japanese hotel agreed to return me the extra price difference, and it was returned on the evening of July 15. Thank you very much for the coordination and points of customer service. I found out at the time of check-in that this is a hotel with a hot spring pool, and it sells hot spring tickets separately in addition to hotel guests, and the hotel guest room is not equipped with a shower room. Guests want to take a bath and enjoy the hot spring for free (there is a key to the locker in the front hall of the hot spring pool, the front desk will give a plastic bag with bath towels and hot springs. If you want to wash it yourself, you can soak twice in the morning and night. Although the hotel is far from the JR and Shinkansen Kumamoto Station, you need to take the tram from Kumamoto Station to the Tokai Academy before transferring to the bus, the hotel is on the edge of the Kumamoto to Asu city road trunk line (there are flavored thousand ramen shops, convenience stores and restaurants nearby), self-driving tour is more suitable, If guests want to take the train east to Asu Daeen, it is also suitable for staying here at night. The hotel is on a high ground, because Kumamoto is a mountain city, surrounded by mountains. The hot spring is on the second and third floors. The actual view from the viewing platform is still relatively high. The single room I live in is more spacious, with a writing desk, refrigerator, bright windows and a wide view (the window is not a wall!), and the large suitcase can be opened completely. I attached the photo, the 3rd floor on the right is the hot spring building, the 2nd floor of the front desk on the 1st floor is the rest (there are many lounge chairs) and the dining area (view restaurant), and the high-rise building on the left is the supporting hotel rooms. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast, which can be purchased extra if needed. The hotel is very clean. Guests staying at the front desk of the hot spring building should take off their shoes and put them in the shoe cabinet LOCKER. You can wear hotel-configured slippers (bare feet are fine) when walking in the hot springs and hotels. Two additional tips 1) Asu yogurt sold by the vending machine in the hot spring front hall is delicious; 2) Because the English of the tourism industry staff in Kumamoto is not very good, domestic tourists are best to open Google Translate or voice translation software to communicate with the front desk.
I parked in the neighborhood with no parking lot and went to check in. I didn't ask for details because I was asked to use the parking lot, but I think the parking lot can be used at another price even in the plan without parking. i was.
It is a hotel close to Kumamoto prefectural office. It is a little far from downtown, so it is not within walking distance from the station, but in front of Kumamoto prefectural office, about 5 minutes walk, high-speed buses and limited Express buses from various parts of Kyushu stop. The airport limousine bus also stops, so I think it is accessible when you come by bus. Of course, there is also a parking lot, so I think it is good to come by private cars or rental cars. In addition, when going to the downtown area, the bus can be used from the Tersa Mae bus stop of Kumamoto City bus if only the time is available, and there are many buses from the prefectural office Mae bus stop, so I didn't feel bitter about access. The room was renewed since I stayed before, and the unit bus was especially clean. There is also a sofa in the single room and it is made up of a large size. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the number of rooms was small, so it was Sunday, but it was not crowded and I was able to relax.
It is a business hotel, but the concept is like an inn, so I stayed in a room with tatami mats. It was wider than I thought, and I was able to spend it with ample size. The bath and toilet are different, and the radium hot spring is narrow, so if you want to enter widely, it is also recommended. However, it seems that the person who ate at the meal place of this hotel can take a bath for free, and it is the worst when it comes with those people. There are only 4 washrooms and the bathtub is not so big, so I returned to the room once and shifted the time. Because the meal guests are likely to enter the group, I thought that such service in that small public bath was a little, for the guests.
After a 2.5 weeks trip, I can now say that this was by far the best hotel I have been in, and the best meal. The location (5 minutes from the superb garden I wanted to see, plus as a hotel guest you get in for free) is great. The air con was perfect, not too intrusive yet during the heat wave it felt just right. And the food! With a view from the roof tops as you feast. The staff was also lovely and friendly, the bathroom kitted out with all the mod cons a westerner would like. I cannot recommend it enough.
