"The hotel is pretty big with 3 wings (building) linked together with plenty of car parking lots. The hotel looked dated but well maintained. There’s a shopping gallery @ lobby. Check in/check out is Smooth n fast. A female receptionist can speak mandarin （话语）maybe a Chinese descendent? There is nothing much to see and eat in the vicinity. It will b good to go for half board (dinner n breakfast), n to use the onsen before n after dinner, n before breakfast. The onsen is pretty big with a few indoor pools n a outdoor pool, all of good hot spring quality. The tatami room is spacious clean n need. There is good choices of food n desserts @ dinner n breakfast. "

"The best onsen experience I’ve had. The entire property is packed with care and kindness by the staff and fully equipped with everything you need from toiletries to happy hour. The kaiseki dinner was one of the best I’ve had - not only the food but also the setting and presentation. Incredible to use the next door hotels big onsen and the outdoor onsen was beautifully landscaped. If you don't want to wait for the bus, take a taxi for about 150 yuan. I arrived at the hotel at sunset.
