The Staff were friendly and was extremely helpful. They have a Free Shuttle Bus Service to airport. The room was cleaned as well.

The room is clean and the surrounding environment is quiet. It is very convenient for airport shuttle bus free of charge. There is a big food supermarket across from hotel. It is fantastic! I just needed to stay the night because it was close to the airport, and they have a shuttle service. I took the train to this location, and it really wasn't that far of a walk. I would say about less than 15 minutes. I got there a little early, and the staff was so professional and nice. They let me relax and cool off in the lounge upstairs. They have a very decent manga reading area with comfy chairs and a small outoor rock garden, and I was also invited to a free drink happy hour. Unfortunately, I was too drained from the heat, so I didn't participate. They also have a little cheap eats place next door that I would check out the next time. The shuttle was very prompt and polite. The room was good, but the bathroom was small. If you're very tall, it might be inconvenient for you. Overall, for an older building, it was comfortable for me and at a good price. I was pleasantly surprised when the desk person handed me a free gift. It was a well-made terry cloth hankie with a nice note. It's definitely useful in this heat 🥵

I think it's the highest quality hot spring hotel near Kansai Airport. I tend to go on business trips with my wife, so I booked here out of consideration for my tired wife, and I'm completely satisfied. However, one thing that was disappointing was that the location was further away than other hotels. And the breakfast and facilities are the best. Highly recommended!!
