The room was clean and the housekeeping staff would send water to the room during the evening meal.
Two days of kaiseki dinner is not awkward, very looking forward to the freshness. The staff in the hall are very kind, and the students are very good at English and proactive. I appreciate the staff service in the hall very much and deserve praise!
The hotel lobby is designed in a traditional style with flowers and flowers everywhere, which is like a work of art.
The room design is quite old, but the maintenance is not bad.

The hospitality at the Nagami-No-Yuyado Nakayama is fantastic. We were warmly welcomed by the proprietress. I don’t know if they can speak Chinese, but their English ability is quite high. It is easily accessible to Komagane Bus Terminal and Komagane Station. The baths are very quaint and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through Komagane!

I tried to book in my husband and wife and sister, 2 rooms, but my sister's portion did not work well and I was in trouble.
At that time, the staff responded politely and was very helpful. This was the fourth time I stayed with my husband and wife, and although the mountain climbing was dependent on the season and weather, the hotel was able to stay with peace of mind.

Living on the fifth floor, there is a toilet and a shower room. You can see the lake. The morning scenery is first-class. Then you can see the snow-capped mountains by the lake. The snow-capped mountains and the lake view are a must. The breakfast is decent. There is an open-air environment like the forest. There are a lot of parking spaces. If you drive by yourself, there is a Guangqian Temple nearby. Must go to see, when I go, the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, and overall I will think of visiting again

Breakfast, Japanese buffet type, not much refill (may be not much guess). Request for certain refill food is ok.

GGuest UserI used it with my friend for the night before climbing Mt. Kisokomagatake, and it was a really wonderful hotel.
Needless to say, the superb view of Mt. Houkendake and Senjojiki Cirque, which is approaching on a spectacular scale, was the highest ranked location in Japan. It was a highly satisfying hotel that made me want to doubt it.
The wooden deck and stylish cafe-style lounge were undergoing renovation work, so I think it will be an even more wonderful hotel when completed. We look forward to the future!
Below are my personal tips
・The view from the window of the guest room on the east side, from before dawn to the sunrise (gradation change between the sea of clouds and the sunrise), was an out-of-this-world view.
・I was surprised by the floor heating in the bath dressing room.
・”Luggage storage for guests” service, which is very appreciated by climbers of Mt.
