However, there are many developments in front of the station, and it was a very convenient location here among this hotel chains. From the west exit of Kashiwa station, we were able to climb the concourse of the station on the ２～３ minute and ２ floor by escalator. The department store, convenience store also had １ minutes and the restaurant choice was substantial. Also, breakfast was changed from breakfast with only old rice balls and coffee to breakfast with several kinds of side dishes and rice, and I felt that it was more substantial than in the past. Toyoko Inn is about a 5-minute walk from the east exit of Kashiwa Station. Toyoko Inn is also located at the west exit of Kashiwa Station. The east exit seems to be newer. It would be even better if there was an alcohol disinfection spray on each table. It can't be helped because it's in front of the station. However, there is no parking lot. I also listed bad points, including the points I wanted to improve, but I was almost satisfied except for the terrible smell when I put tea, so I will visit again. If you can have lunch at this price, if you live within walking distance, you can visit once a week. However, the water was really terrible, so I reduced it by one ☆ to four. After being separated from our son and daughter-in-law for three years due to the pandemic travel restrictions, we were at last able to fly from the UK to visit them. We have stayed in the Crest Hotel before so we knew it was a great hotel, and this time it was just as good. We traveled around a bit so checked in and out of the Crest 3 times and each time was smooth and problem free. Our room had an impressive view over the city and out to Tokyo and mount Fuji on a clear day. Thanks to all of the staff who looked after us from the front desk to the restaurant, everyone went out of their way to look after us. We fully recommend anyone who is visiting Kashiwa for pleasure or business to stay here. It’s right next to the station with fast connections to Narita, Tokyo and Haneda. We will be back!

I overlooked this on the booking site Trip.com and booked a smoking room, but they kindly changed it to a non-smoking room. The staff was very helpful. I stayed on the second floor, but there was road noise from the national highway, so quietness was an issue. I heard there is a quieter side, but you can't request this on the site, so I won't be booking again unless they improve it with double sashes or something.

It was a middle day of three consecutive holidays, but it was quite vacant due to the influence of the new coronavirus, so I should have made it the cheapest type of room, but I was glad that it was upgraded to a room with a large bed. As a family dinner party, 6 people use it for lunch at the table seats on the floor. There is nothing but an athletic park around except for hotel guests, and the shop is full when I wondered if there were people who came to eat so far. The private room in the back was also reserved for groups, and a loud voice was out of the way to the store. It was the cheapest lunch, but I chose from 5 types of appetizers, main dishes, desserts, and drinks. In addition, I chose alcohol and soft drinks such as beer, wine, and whiskey for an extra charge. Everything was reasonably delicious. I ordered different dishes, but they all looked delicious. Feeling to enjoy the atmosphere rather than the amount.
