Great value for an overnight hotel before heading to Kansai Airport. The room is small, but has enough room for your things. There's an onsen which is an added bonus. The place is clean and there's plenty of parking. It's nearby a train station to also get to the airport. It's a 20 minute drive to the airport and close to convenience stores and a few restaurants.

I was looking for a hotel near the station near Kansai International Airport and chose this hotel. It's a 3-minute walk from the station, the service is good, the rooms are clean, free Wi-Fi is available, and the price is cheap. I would like to use it again.

The hotel entrance is just a few steps away from Higashiwada Station. It was already late when we arrived, and we were worried about not having dinner, but the restaurant on the first floor gave us a pleasant surprise. We chose this restaurant specifically to watch the festival, and we found that we could see it right outside the door. We could have a leisurely dinner in the evening and go out to watch the evening activities, which fully demonstrated the advantage of being close to the hotel.

The location is closed to a mall which is convenient. More or less 10 min short walk from the station which was okay if I didn't have a luggage. The whole room smells cigarette the moment I opened the room. Even the bed smells cigarette that I had to spray and use a mask to sleep.

There are few street lights around the hotel at night, which makes people worry about safety. There are vending machines in the lobby and fixed floors of the hotel, and drinks can be sold. Snacks and instant noodles are sold at the lobby front desk (please make sure to buy them before going to bed at the front desk) Service: The guy at the front desk of Qingshan (Aou Yama) was very enthusiastic. For this apartment, the most impressed is the landlord. We may have three or four apartments in Japan.
