前回宿泊の際にスタッフからスーパーホテル射水から発行の食事券で近隣からテイクアウトしてウエルカムバーの場所で食べながらウエルカムバーを利用して良いと言われ、常連客がマイグラスでお酒を作っていたので良いのかも確認し良いと回答があり今回、再度県民割利用で予約。ネット予約前も予約後も電話で県民割利用を何度も伝えチェクインへ。名前を伝えスタッフの誘導で記入。終わると直ぐに支配人が食事券枚数確認してサインと。金額も言わないで横柄だなと思いながら手続き。そして県民割クーポンを切り出すとそれを先に言えと言われ、そちらの誘導でチェクイン進めてこちらが切り出す間もないでしたが予約で住所も解っていて何度も電話で伝えたのにだからこちらに非はないと思うと言いましたらむっとされ。。 部屋に入り荷物をほどき過ごしやすいよう服をかけ薬や下着等出して冷蔵庫に物を入れ浴場へ。浴場にはドライヤーが１つで座るところもないので部屋へ戻り涼みながら髪を乾かすためにソファに座ると手にお菓子のクズが。フロントへ電話し消毒どころか掃除もしてないのですか？人の食べかすを触れてしまった。掃除機と洋服とソファの消毒をしたいので持ってきてくださいとお願いしたら、直ぐにと言ったのに１０分たってやっと来たら男性支配人。仕方無しに部屋へ通し確認してもらい掃除機を受け取ろうしたら持ってきてないのでそのまま向かいの部屋ヘ移動してくれといわれました。支配人の手はその食べかすを触った手で消毒液も持ってきてないので自分で運ぶと言ってるのに荷物を触られ移動され私は部屋の中の自分の下着やナプキンなど隠すのに追われ風呂上りで休む間もな**うどんどん運ばれ急かされてもと辛いことを伝えるとさっきのチェクインのときもだがこちらにタイはないのだと言われそういうなら触らないで一つ一つまた消毒しないといけないからと言ってもさしてあった充電器を抜き運ぶとやめてくれずとにかく消毒するので拭き取るのにタオルを置いてくださいと伝えやっと汗だくの服を脱ぎ部屋に服などかけ直し出すとこの部屋も白いホコリとテーブルには鼠色のねっとり汚れ。テーブル等拭いて苦情も言わず気を取り直して知人がその間に取ってきてくれたオードブルを持ってウエルカムバーへ。 またお風呂に入りたいのでお酒やお茶を交互に飲み量は控えていました。トイレに行くのにフロント前通るとそれまでスタッフと喋っていたのに私の顔を見た途端会釈もせず奥へ行くなど嫌われたなぁと思いつつ知人と会食。軽めに梅酒でもと思ったのですがレバーまわしても出なく出し方を尋ねると出ていた分で終わりです。おかわりはないと言われ数量限定なんですねと尋ねるとここにあるぶんだけでおかわりまで出せませんとまるで私が飲み干したように言われ初めて梅酒飲もうとしたら出なかったのですが、もう新しいのでないなら数量限定なんですねと改めて尋ねると無視して立ち去られ我慢していた分気分は最悪になりフロアに来た支配人に何故先程無視したのか尋ねると私が支配人に難癖つけてくるのだと言われ私の個人名を大きな声で何度も他のお客さんの前で言われそちらの対応は感染対策としてもそれを取り除いても私物を触らないでといっているのに移動させたりとおかしな点を言うと泊まらせない今すぐ帰ってくれと言い出しこちらは暴れても物を壊したでもなく無視された理由を訪ねて泊まらせないその理由を文章で提示してほしいと言うと泊まっても良いが支配人権限で二度とまた私の個人名をあげて泊まらせませんお断りしますとこちらが悪いように周りのお客さんの前で言われその理由を文章で提示求めると断られました。 では録音させてください。支配人さんは私に泊まらせない！二度と泊まらせないと言われ理由は提示しないと言われましたねと尋ねると勝手に録音するのは威力業務妨害罪と。じゃあ拒否してる客の私物に触るのは何なんでしょう。名前と名刺ぐらいくださいと言うと名刺はないと言い出し支配人が名刺ないなんて嘘つくなんてと言うとそちらの名刺出して交換ならと言い出しこちらの個人情報は予約時にわかってますよね。先程から名前連呼されてて。と言うと紙にホテルのハンコと名前のハンコ押して渡されました。どこまでも横柄な支配人でした。

Room is an old business hotel.
