I stayed here for two weeks in June 2023 for budo training w/ a group of training friends. Overall I had a very good experience. Amenities are spread out a bit across floors, but there are signs which direct you where you need to go. The washers and dryers in the hotel laundry were rather old and a bit small, but that was not surprising, and they worked well enough for doing mid-trip laundry. The location was great, right next to Kashiwa Station, which was of course the starting point for much of the group's travel. Desk staff were also great, especially Mindy, who was _extremely_ helpful when one of our group got injured and needed help acquiring crutches. All told I will absolutely consider staying here again when I plan my next trip.

南柏駅から早足だったら１分。雨が降ってもなんとかなる距離。アサインされた４階の部屋の窓を開けると、すぐ隣のマンションの壁という絶望的な眺望。ガラスがすりガラスだったのは、最初っから眺めを望むなというホテルからのメッセージかも。線路沿いにあるホテルなので騒音が気になるところですが、線路には面していない側の部屋だったことが幸いし、音は聞こえるけど気になりませんでした。 シングルの部屋は、一般的なビジネスホテルの1.5倍の面積（体感値）。ベッドも机も大きめ。部屋の色調が割と鮮やかで（飾ってあるポスターもコンゴウインコだったぐらい）、女性は好感をもつのかも（おじさんは特に・・・）。照明の数が多いので、すりガラスでも部屋が暗く感じることはありませんでした。 少し気になったのは、部屋とバスルームの段差。普通の階段１段分ぐらいの高さがあるので、寝ぼけてトイレに行ったときや高齢者は要注意。 サウナ付きの大浴場が１階にありますが、部屋から室内着とスリッパで大浴場まで移動する男性が多いようです。が、その室内着は短めのガウンで、自分のような縦長な体型だとひざ上の丈となってしまい、そのような恰好の男とエレベーターで同乗することをためらう人もいるでしょう。風呂やサウナは快適でしたが。 朝食はこれといった特色はないけど、和洋の一通りはそろっている感じ。連泊しても食べ飽きないのではないでしょうか。 チェックアウト時刻が10時なので、午前中ダラダラしたい人は気を付けて。
