Hotel Zum Goldener Adler is located on the edge of Klausen in South Tirol at 0,8 km of the railway-station. The hotel is family managed and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Free station-shuttle, Wi-Fi, sauna & fitness and parking. The breakfast is excellent. Built in 2003, Zum Goldener Adler has 37 rooms over 4 floors, and offers bed & breakfast. The hotel is charming and pleasant. You van enjoy a coffee or a drink inside or at the terrace. No lunch or diner. The rooms at the backside of the building have some traffic noise from the SS12 road. Our spacious room was nicely furnished and decorated, with a good double bed, a bench that can be turned into an extra double bed, TV, table with bench & chair, wardrobe & safe and in the middle of the room an antique Kachelofen. We had a spacious separate bathroom with toilet & bidet, bath, washbasin, and shower. All was perfectly clean. The buffet breakfast is very good: bread, rolls & toast, ham & cheese, eggs made to order, butter & marmalade, croissants & pastries, fruit & juices, cereals, milk & mineral water, tea & coffee. We found hotel hotel Zum Goldener Adler most pleasant & comfortable with nice sauna and we had a good stay. Highly recommended.

Perfection!! I came to explore the Christmas markets of Munich, Innsbruck and South Tirol. Because of Covid closures, I reworked my trip and added more time in south Tirol. Lucky for me as my two nights in Chiusa were perfection. I loved my single room!! It is clean, modern, stylish and comfortable. A great bed, a hot shower, gorgeous towels and bedding, a towel warmer… you name it!! The restaurant offers a fabulous breakfast (included with your stay). and dinner. I liked the fact the room has a window that opens (to a pedestrian lane) but unfortunately, people seem to smoke below and it come up into the room. My only complaint. I loved my stay and will jump at the chance to return again Most of the staff are not fluent in English but they make an effort to communicate.

The Florian is a chalet on a grand scale backing onto a large garden with (unheated) swimming pool and many restful nooks. The rooms are comfortable and modern, those at the front having magnificent views of the Alpe di Siusi, and those at the back looking out on the garden. There is a road in front of the hotel but the traffic is not frequent enough to be disturbing. Breakfasts are ample and dinner a splendid parade of the best in Austro-Italian cuisine, with a good list of wines from nearby and other Italian regions. The waiting staff are efficient and pleasant, with excellent memories enabling them to anticipate your wishes after a day or two. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the centre and much quieter than most hotels in the town. A shuttle bus (number 5) stops right outside the door and goes straight to the cable car station in less than 10 minutes. This is a family hotel so expect a number of children among the guests. A thoroughly enjoyable place to stay, preferably for an unhurried long week-end or week in the Dolomites.

We have been in this building for five days. We have been in the outskirts, but with a bus stop in front of the entrance, we have always moved to walk because in ten minutes you get to the center and you can admire a wonderful landscape. We were welcome, and the staff were always very kind and ready to meet our needs. The room is comfortable and spacious for us who were in four with two bathrooms always clean. The pool covered is very wide and with large glasses with a beautiful view. Positive experience, very recommended hotels! We would be happy to return!

Everything about the hotel was great . Great location. Friendly staff who were always helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable and spacious room with great views. Breakfast was brilliant but the evening meal was always exceptional . Very knowledgeable and helpful waiting staff , Dritains wine advice was always very helpful and informative. I didn’t use the spa but heard very positive things from the rest of the party. The pools are great: I never thought I’d want to swim in a ski resort but the pools are so good I did most days..I have skied many of the resorts in the Alps but this is now my favourite ski area. We stopped at this hotel as a stopover before discovering the Dolomites mountains. The choice fell on this establishment because it is located in the city and close to the center. The hotel has a courtyard where you can park your vehicle. The city center is easily accessible on foot and offers different dining options. For those wishing to use the train, the hotel is located just opposite. The room is spacious but without air conditioning. So the rooms are hot during a summer trip and there is little air circulation to cool the atmosphere, not to mention the absence of a mini-bar allowing you to enjoy a cold drink at worst. The breakfast is in line with Italian standards but if the sweet side is there and will satisfy the French clientele, the absence of the continental part (scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, etc.) can be a difficulty for customers accustomed to salty breakfasts...

First: Thank you for the great reception and stay to the entire team of the Hotel Millanderhof. The rooms have everything you need, super convenient beds, large balcony, breakfast buffet is top, here too everything you need and much more (croissants in various variations :-) ), Delightful cappuccino, fresh egg food and nice talks. There are parking facilities directly at the hotel and also a (cost-effective) deep garage. The hotel is conveniently located: you are quick in the centre of Brixen but also quick at the Tal Station of Plose. The Millanderhof Hotel is also located at the Brixen Card. This is totally practical because buses, railways and also cableways are included. In this context, especially practical: stops of several bus lines in the immediate surroundings. We have a little traffic noise due to the location, but that has not really disturbed us. The advantages are greater. With the friendly and family atmosphere we have already decided that we will definitely come back.

Hotel Turm is by far my favorite hotel in the world. I first went 16 years ago, and just departed my most recent stay. The class of service is amazing. They beat any large luxury brand hotel easily. From the moment you check in, you feel welcomed and at home. They offer a welcome drink at reception that you can enjoy on one of their stunning outdoor seating areas. The views from every angle showcase everything incredible about the Dolomites. The property is so unique with incredible lounge areas all over. It offers privacy and seclusion in the middle of a beautiful mountain town. The walls are filled with incredible artwork. The spa is my absolute favorite (and I love spas). The treatment options are vast, as is the wellness area. From multiple sauna styles to several pool options, you can’t help but love it. We opted for several spa services and every single one was incredible. The food is as perfect as everything else at Hotel Turm. The menus are varied and showcase the unique influences from the area. We opted for their multi course menu each evening, which changes daily. They even allow you to substitute dishes should something not fit your tastes. The rooms are also perfection. We had a suite room on a higher floor with a balcony l that had incredible Mountain View’s in every direction. The suites are massive for a European hotel and quite large by US standards as well. They boast every amenity you could want. The location is also wonderful for exploring all this region has to offer. It was an easy 20 minute drive (or you could take a bus with provided bus tickets) up to Alpe di Siusi. It’s about an hour drive to Cortina. We are already planning our next visit to Hotel Turm.
