We stayed in this property one night after taking the Bernina red train. The structure is new, or at least recently renovated. The room is clean and spacious, as is the bathroom and the kitchen (the only thing is that I recommend changing the microwave and hob with newer utensils). Good bathroom products and even those for a small breakfast. The location is perfect, 2 minutes walk from the Rhaetian railway station and the centre, convenient for reaching any restaurant and point of interest. There is a lot of parking nearby, not always free, but that of the station (free is really a stone's throw away). Price in line with the Tirano market. The only slightly sore point is the lack of a lift, but you can keep fit and healthy!

Stayed there as part of a longer trip. Suite tirano is a well designed converted apartment. Check in and key collection is at the Bernina Hotel a street across, 2min walk and also a 2 min walk to the train station and Bernina Express. We stayed in the new York suite which was lovely. All in room facilities, fridge, mini bar, toiletries, slippers, dressing gown. Clean and comfortable room... Visited the Moroccan suite but still preferred the New York one. Restaurants downstairs easily accessible and shopping centre opposite. Car park charged at 10eur per 24hours and is within the property.

The building and grounds are gorgeous. I believe the owner, Andrea, said this was a 14th century building. Andrea was so friendly and welcoming. He gave us dining recommendations and chatted with us during breakfast telling us the history of the building and his experience as the owner. He has blended the old and the new seamlessly to create a warm and welcoming stay. The beds were super comfy. Breakfast was delicious and was served in the old stable which has been beautifully reinvented. The hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the train station and set at the edge of town so it backed to a hillside and some woods so it felt very private though very close to all the town had to offer.

The front desk was gentle and the restaurant was delicious and nice! Arrived late at night, but it was really in front of the station and was saved. We were able to leave slowly from the station in the morning. The room was small and small, but it was just good for a solo trip.
This hotel is very good and I liked this city!

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was cheap and delicious. Amenity was also substantial. The shower water leaked a little from the booth, but it wasn't enough to leak out of the bathroom. When I opened the window at night, I heard the voice of a young man making noise in the neighborhood, but I was tired and there was no problem sleeping. It was not particularly inconvenient compared to a general business hotel in Japan. Above all, the smile of the staff is a good memory. Thank you very much.

First of all, I regret going abroad to book a hotel on Trip.com. This hotel location is difficult to find. Trip.com can't even contact the hotel! (What agent can't contact, the solution is to cancel the order for me, I want to cancel my sleep street?) Behind the ~ can find someone else to call to ask the hotel location, I suggest to travel abroad to book a hotel with Booking.
The hotel does not have this name! There is no license! No one knows this hotel nearby!
Hotel location - come out of TIRANO train station (not the bernina ticket office) to see a house on the right, called Bernina hotel, restaurant. (ask others to say that I have not heard bernina restaurant, I have not found it on the map, but I just come out and stand to the right! Look (the aunt on the phone still said in front of the tirano station! No! Not in front! Yes on the right!) Check in there.
Then the hotel reception will take you into a hidden place you will never find.
