I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this hotel! The staff was by far the rudest and most incompetent (definitely the blonde man during the morning) I've ever encountered. Despite booking 5 rooms 6 months in advance, upon arrival, two rooms were mysteriously unavailable. It took us hours to get them to even attempt to find a solution, and we had to come up with ideas ourselves. In the end, one couple had to sleep in a room without electricity for a night, while the other had to stay at a hotel 30 minutes away. Although we didn't have to pay for these mistakes, it was an infuriating ordeal. The next nights, everyone finally got their rooms, but the damage was already done. And let's talk about breakfast – the bread was so hard, you could use it as a weapon! On top of that, no one bothered to refill anything, leaving everyone unsatisfied. This hotel clearly lacks basic hospitality and customer service skills. I cannot stress enough how disappointed and frustrated we were with the entire stay. Avoid this place at all costs, unless you enjoy dealing with rude staff, booking mistakes, and bad breakfast. It was an absolute nightmare!

We had a great stay at this hotel - spacious room, pleasant stuff, comfortable parking and nice breakfast. It was in a very convenient location for our business stay (Fierro Milano exposition centre), for Milan city centre and also for a nice one day trip to Como lake

Comfortable and well served structure with a good road network. Breakfast is rich and abundant, buffet mode, with a wide choice. Check out comfortable (12:00). Availability of rooms in hotel or in depandance mode, for those who prefer greater privacy.

Ideal for small and long stays. Ideal location for those like me who were in this facility to work in the area of Milan and province: it is near the motorway connection; a gym, pub, sushi restaurant is also available a few meters away. I am very disappointed with this Hotel as it didn't have a working air conditioning during our stay, even though they advertise at *********** and their webpage as having it. I complained several times to Hotel's front desk and they said they they were working with their technical department to fix it. Nothing was ever done since we requested it a after our first night at the hotel. The only thing they did is to put a fan in the room, that was their solution to the problem. We were unable to sleep comfortably because of the heat as summer moved in. Decided to move to another hotel and shorten our stay, but the Hotel decided to apply penalty for the whole stay. What about the fact that they cheat their guests offering A/C when it doesn't have it? Apart from the fact that breakfast items run our early and you have to end up with a very limited assortment of foods. I really advise guests, to avoid this Hotel, specially if you are sensible to heat during the night. (it was around 30”C)

Tutto perfetto, stanza pulita e spaziosa, bagno enorme con vasca idromassaggio, il tutto in questa villetta carinissima e ben curata. Colazione abbondante con brioche fresche. La cigliegina sulla torta è stato il gestore Oscar, persona di una cordialità e di una simpatia incredibile. Super consigliato

A stopover from Bergamo airport, this was easy to find and a good choice. The staff (Anna) was very good and helped us (me) with the elaborate and technical electrics in the room. The room is spacious and facilities are good. Parking underground was safe and inexpensive. Breakfast as vast and delicious. Highly recommended.

Struttura moderna, vicinissima alla superstrada, comoda per raggiungere anche Milano e Paderno. Personale gentile. Camera non grande ma pulita. Bagno adeguato. Box auto ai piedi delle scale della camera.
