Find the Cheap Scandicci Hotels

Abbiamo pernottato lo scorso weekend io la mia compagna struttura perfetta pulizia perfetta e il servizio perfetto un accoglienza meravigliosa lo consiglio a tutti sia per l'altra qualità della pulizia delle camere sia per l'alta cordialità e l'educazione del personale per qualsiasi richiesta erano sempre tutti a disposizionestruttura nuova ben organizzata lo consiglio vivamente a tutti tutti un saluto Andrea da Roma

Ottima struttura ben tenuta, mi sono trovato bene. Parcheggio ampioninterno adeguato, bel giardino, moderno, pulito e organizzato. Colazione completa. Stanza pulita. Consiglio, è ben gestito e allestito. Uniche pecche (senza le quali avrei dato 5 su 5): avevo chiesto esplicitamente una matrimoniale a uso singolo, mi hanno dato una stanza piccolissima con letto a una piazza e mezzo e una finestra rotta a piano terra (non amonil condizionatore). Inoltre: la struttura dopo le 19.00 non è presidiata, quindi se ci sono persone che fanno rumore o gridano nei corridoi da una stanza all'altra, non si dorme. Non è colpa dell'hotel, ovviamente.

The worst Hilton. First of all, the second day I arrived the hotel had no service because they were doing work. What kind of a hotel does service and shuts down everything while guests are there?! Second of all, most of the staff and one of the bartenders are very rude. They do not want to help you. They are angry. This is supposed to be a business in hospitality. This hotel is quite the opposite of everything hospitality means. Third, when asking for full service on your room sometimes they do it and you have to keep reminding them. Fourth, someone was smoking in one of the rooms and every single guest is alerted of with an alarm in their rooms which I get if it was an actual fire. They have no business center with a computer which is unheard of. Everything in your room is controlled by your key card. Lights, electricity, everything. The ac is awful. It’s freezing and you cannot control it. It’s super hot outside and then an ice chest in your room. You can get sick in that environment. The showers have mold in the cracks. You can’t even ask them simple things like when if the bar open for coffee without being yelled at. They have a condescending bar tender who stresses out and yells at you claiming there is only one of him. That’s false. There are 2-3 others and he acts like he is working in a real bar. He’s not a bartender. In the states the bartenders are super busy and yet, they continue to have smiles on their faces and accommodate what you want. This is the worst hotel I have ever been to and will never go again. They charge for everything. No complimentary coffee and just overall rudeness. In the middle of nowhere. The toilets don’t work. Their coffee machine in the room is not a coffee machine. It’s a water machine that heats up water and they don’t tell you anywhere that you need to turn it off after 2 minutes. So if you stay here, turn it off after two minutes or else it will spill all over. I will do my research next time on hotels and will not fly into Florence next time.

We stayed 5 nights at Marignolle and had a great family stay. Traveling with our 2 kids and a grandparent required unique accomodation and Marignolle was perfect for us. Separate rooms in a quiant setting, a wonderful breakfast on-site, and staff all wonderfully friendly and helpful. One family member was sick and so they were especially kind to make sure she was ok during our stay. From getting taxis, to recommendations in town, to a wonderful cooking class across the courtyard - it was a perfect place to be near all that Florence and Tuscanny has to offer, while still a quiet family setting. The owners were also very easy to correspond with even before we arrived with many helpful email exchanges. We highly recommend Marignolle!

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days as a family of four. We were really disappointed by the lack of service and the room conditions for a 4 star hotel. During our stay, we were not able to have a hot shower!!! Even after calling the maintenance, they did not resolve the problem. Unbelievable! Furthermore there is no service in the room: no towel change, no bed making, no cleaning, no amenities refill (shampoo, soap…). I mean when you pay this price for a 4 star hotel, you expect some kind of service! One day, we called the reception in the morning to ask if they could change our bed sheets (due to sickness). They told us it would be done. We came back late in the evening and the bed was not made. After calling the receptionist, they brought the sheets 1 hour later (at 10:00 pm) and we had to make the bed! The nights are an experience: light curtains on the windows (wake up by 7 am), very noisy machines outside (a/c or heater) and the mattresses are so used you feel the holes and the springs! Don’t hope for a nice Italian breakfast, it comes in a « non-tasty lunchbox ». The staff during our stay never seemed to care about the different problems we encountered. Once more, when you pay this price for a 4-star hotel, some things are unacceptable…

The room was clean, and the lady at the front desk had a good attitude. The interior of the hotel was like a maze, and the breakfast was average, but the younger brother was handsome ... There are hundreds of trees on the outside, that's all ...

The location is average, about ten minutes walk from the tram station. The sheets were not very clean. I even saw blood stains that had not been washed away. . . . . We didn't see any staff during the whole process. We only communicated and paid by phone and email. We arrived at 11 noon. When we called the staff, she told us the door lock code and then allowed us to go in and put our luggage. This was good.

100% RECOMMENDED Mattia and his mother Marta were incredibly attentive to us, they helped us in everything they could, from carrying our suitcases to our room, to even giving us information about the nearest hospitals to take my wife who was very sick on the last day. Marta was very affectionate and welcoming, she told me not to worry about anything, that the most important thing was my wife's health and that after she was well we would see about the check-out and details. I felt very content and welcomed, it was great to have their support in such a difficult moment. In addition to that, the room was very comfortable, it had everything to make us feel comfortable, a beautiful view, a good size, the AC worked perfectly, there was a safe, a mini bar, etc. Located far from the attractions, it has a tram station a few steps away, which makes it very convenient as you can reach the areas of interest without having everyone making noise. It is located in a quiet area and everything is in perfect condition. I highly recommend it!
