Very large hotel located at the motorway exit, very convenient for getting to Arezzo. Very friendly staff, excellent welcome, quick check-in.
Excellent breakfast, with lots of cakes and croissants, the savory part was also excellent, plentiful and varied, super friendly and helpful waiters.
I didn't like the cleanliness in the corridors of the rooms, dirty and stained carpet, large room, but there is no wardrobe, everything is left exposed. The square bathroom fixtures are very uncomfortable, especially the bidet, there is no presence in the room of another blanket and not even additional pillows, as usual the ones present are very thin, on the other hand the bed was very comfortable, there was no socket next to one side of the bed and in our bathroom there was a bathtub, very uncomfortable.
Paying €4 for a bottle of water at the bar is theft.
Overall 4* worth reviewing.

A wonderful little Inn near quaint Arezzo (12 min by car) with spacious rooms and a lovely garden in a quiet area but well connected to the principal roads. Very attentive staff. Cecilia (I hope I spelt it correctly) was the one hosting us and she was amazingly kind. We loved the whole area and would like to come back and explore more. Comfortable bed, big shower with good pressure, good WiFi. Montepulciano, Siena are only an hour away through gorgeous scenery. Don’t miss the impressive project Mosaic of Andreina just two minutes away from The Monna Lisa resort.

Purtroppo la.valutazione non può essere reale perché è obbligatorio mettere le faccine ,ma io ho pagato ma non o usufruito in quanto l'hotel si è tenuto il 100% della penale per la cancellazione anche se ho dimostrato il motivo della cancellazione con foglio rilasciato dalla struttura per un intervento Rifiutato per vari problemi di salute .non chiedevo tutto il rimborso ma almeno potevo prendersi una penale del 60 %cosi facevano contenti anche il cliente purtroppo nulla.da fare .

Lascio in stanza, in una busta chiusa e sigillata con 3 scatole di torroni presi a Benevento (a 400km per omaggio per i colleghi in ufficio), che mi sarebbero serviti il giorno successivo. Torno la sera in stanza, appena apro la porta, trovo la busta aperta ed una scatola spacchettata e i torroncini mangiati per metà confezione. Ho fatto presente alla reception dell'accaduto, mostrando le foto, mi rispondono che avrebbero verificato con la responsabile del piano! Poi....il nulla, manco le scuse! non mi frega dei torroncini, alla fine li ho lasciati pure in stanza il giorno dopo (giorno del check-out) cosi li potevano pure finirli! Ma il fatto che, entrando per riassettare ed hanno aperto una busta chiusa e spacchettato le scatole coi dolci, lo stesso si potrebbe fare con le valige e/o borse chiuse che chiunque lascia in stanza quando si pernotta per più giorni. ! DELUSO, DELUSO DELUSO. Lo farò presente anche nella mia azienda per evitare di far pernottare noi dipendenti li. We had a wonderful experience, the clean and comfortable rooms and bathroom, the delicious bed, the amazing and beautiful atmosphere and the amazing restaurant, we tried almost everything on the menu and it was delicious. What we liked the most was the kindness of its people, we will remember how they treated us, the recommendations they gave us and the smile and attitude of all those who attended us. We will come back here to explore Tuscany! Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza meravigliosa, le camere e il bagno puliti e confortevoli, il letto delizioso, l'atmosfera straordinaria e bellissima e il ristorante buonissimo, abbiamo provato quasi tutto sul menu ed era delizioso. Quello che ci è piaciuto di più è stata la gentilezza delle sue persone, ricorderemo come ci hanno trattato, i consigli che ci hanno dato e il sorriso e l'atteggiamento di tutti. Torneremo qui per esplorare la Toscana! Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa, las habitaciones y el baño limpios y cómodos, la cama deliciosa, el ambiente increíble y bonito y el restaurante de locos, probamos casi todo el menú y fue delicioso.
