Excellent location next to the train and bus station. You arrive at ZTL in less than 10 minutes walking distance. The hotel is very beautiful, light and clean. Breakfast is plenty, nothing is missing. I stayed there during my son's degence in the hospital, so I wasn't very quiet and the staff was fantastic. At the reception Stefania, Saints, Paul and two other gentlemen, Elizabeth and Ina for breakfast, were of a willingness, kindness, generosity and humanity that I had not seen for a long time. I strongly advise this hotel for the hotel itself but especially for the people who work on it.

My recent stay at the NH Rho Fiera Milano Hotel during the mido exhibition was a pleasant and convenient experience. The hotel's proximity to the exhibition centre was a significant advantage for attendees like myself, making it an ideal choice for those visiting the area for events or conferences. First and foremost, the location of the NH Rho Fiera Milano Hotel couldn't have been better. It was situated right next to the exhibition centre, allowing for easy access and a short walk to the event. This was incredibly convenient, especially during a busy exhibition where time and convenience are of the essence. The hotel's proximity saved me valuable time and energy that would have otherwise been spent on commuting. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff who were eager to assist with any queries or requests. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff provided me with all the necessary information regarding my stay and the amenities available. They were knowledgeable about the local area and were able to provide recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. The room at the NH Rho Fiera Milano Hotel was comfortable and well-appointed. It was evident that the hotel paid attention to detail in ensuring a pleasant stay for its guests. My 2-days stay was perfect, I highly recommend. The staff is really friendly and professional, the room was clean with all the necessary toiletries and a large choice of ”salty” and ”sweet” is suggested for the breakfast I had the misfortune to forget my laptop in the taxi that took us to the hotel. No less than 7 people, including the hotel manager, helped me to locate the taxi. Long story short, 3 hours after, the taxi was found and came back with my laptop that would be lost for sure without their help. To the staff, thank you very much for your help and hospitality!

What a lovely hotel. Could not ask for more, the staff were very accommodating and attentive. The rooms were immaculate also. Some hotels could really learn from them. Well done Litta Palace... you are a hotel that deserves a Best Hotel of the year from Trip Advisor. I will definitely be returning.

The hotel staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. They did omit to notify us about the early breakfast they offer upon check-in, so make sure you ask about this if you have an early flight. They do also let you take drinks from the bar up to your room. Location and Travel Be aware of how far away the hotel is from Milan. From Duomo, you'll need to get on the red line (M1) towards RHO and get off at Lampugnano. The last bus from Lampugnano leaves at 20:00 back to Lainate. You will then need to get the 617 bus which drops you off outside Lidl and Maccies near the hotel. This is obviously not ideal if you want to spend the evening in Milan. We arrived during a national taxi strike which made the trip much more stressful. While this is not the hotel's fault, a heads up from the hotel would have been nice about traveling to and from Milan central. We were stranded in Milan on the first day, we called the hotel and they told us to try and get an Uber. The uber was 144 euros which we reluctantly paid. The car never showed up so we called back the hotel and they stopped answering our phone calls. Once we finally arrived at the hotel, feeling confident we knew the route to and from the hotel, we double-checked with the hotel, and unfortunately, we were not made aware of when the last bus is. On our second day, we were stranded in Milan again. Luckily we met two other people at the last subway station who had also done the Wowcher holiday and they managed to get in touch with the hotel to arrange a private taxi back to the hotel. As there was a strike going on at the time, the fare was 55 euros from Rho subway station to the hotel, which is roughly a 10/15 minute drive. Again this is not the hotel's fault but it is something to be aware of. Another thing to be aware of when using the subway is that the tickets are only valid for 90 minutes, and there are plain-clothed officers waiting in the subway stations to catch people out. So make sure you always have a ticket with enough time left on it to get all the way back to the hotel. Breakfast We were allocated this Hotel from Wowcher, and we were told to pay £40 for the bed and breakfast, which was fine until we realised we couldn't get breakfast on the 2nd day as we had to leave the hotel at 4 am. Essentially meaning we paid £40 for one breakfast between the two of us. We have had no joy in getting a refund for the second day's breakfast from the hotel which is the primary reason for leaving a review. The hotel in my opinion is perfect for people who do not want to spend evenings in Milan or who have a car. If neither of these applies to you, I would highly recommend looking for a hotel closer to the center of Milan.
