The hotel is very close to the discount village, about 3 minutes by car, parking nearby is also very convenient, breakfast is OK, there is a cafeteria 100 meters away from the hotel, it is also very convenient to come back for dinner in the evening, in general it is very recommended

In the shower cabin, there are black molds on the silicone edge of the tiles, and the same case is in the room next to us, where the rest of the family was (rooms 110 and 111). A real shame because the silicone changes within 15 minutes. There is no water for guests in the rooms, but it is charged €2 per 1/2 liter from the mini bar. In the hotel bar, I asked for a glass of water with the wine we ordered, they don't want to pour water from the tap and lie that it's not for drinking, and charge for water in plastic bottles. By the way, we know for a fact that the city authorities have asked that as much drinking water as possible be used from the taps, in order to reduce the use of plastic bottles, so the water from the taps is for drinking ofcourse. . We always stay in a 3 or 4 star hotel, it has never happened that there is no drinking water for the guests! There are no kettles for water, tea, instant coffee in the rooms... There were one disposable slippers for two guests in the room, one disposable slippers for three guests in the other room The breakfast is good, there is enough choice, but more fruit is missing. The coffee at breakfast is from a machine and is terrible. We received a recommendation for this hotel and were disappointed.

First, an inexorable sequence of architectural barriers. I've been a pretty building but now declining. It misses the lift. The bathroom, see photos of another TripAdvisor review, is a nightmare. Ergonomic measures not complied with, toilet box losing, water rubin washing losing, noise among many that accompany all night. Noise of all kinds during rest hours: bathroom discharges, people on the stairs, people in other rooms: you can hear everything. Small room, obsolete furniture, covered and additional coats left on the bottom of the box; I would not even advise you to touch them, there is a dust cloud. This, as it is read in other TripAdvisor reviews, accompanied by maltraining and insolence, was accused of stealing a fantomatic key of a safe, a key and a safe that I have never seen. And then to know that the second key that other rooms have never been attached to that key. If you find no more, continue to look elsewhere; rather than this hotel, the next time, I would sleep in a car in winter or on a summer chair Every other solution, for me, is always better than this

Business hotel posizionato appena fuori dall'outlet che si presenta bene, moderno e pulito. Tuttavia quando si apre la porta della camera si nota una grande superficialità nell'attenzione al cliente. Non so se sia stato un caso o meno ma nella mia camera mancava carta igienica, c'era il cestino della spazzatura col coperchio rotto, la scatola dei fazzoletti di carta aperta completamente vuota e il dosatore dello shampoo nella doccia completamente vuoto. Ho fatto richiesta in reception mi hanno detto che avrebbero provveduto in realtà non hanno fatto altro che darmi in mano un rotolo di carta igienica tutto il resto è rimasto così come l'avevo trovato. Vista la categoria e il tipo di clientela che frequenta l'hotel mi sarei aspettato una reattività e una cura verso il cliente molto più pronte ed efficaci

Cosa ci é piaciuto: Posizione vicina all'autostrada, ma comunque tranquilla e immersa nel verde; inoltre anche molto vicina all'Outlet Noventa, comodo per una pausa snack, giochi di bambini o per un qualche regalo o acquisto. La struttura é molto pulita e rilassante, non c'é calca e c'é tranquillità e bere un prosecco in giardino con il bimbo che corre in giro per i campi senza dover aver paura di strade o auto é davvero bello. Buona la colazione con ordinazione anche la sera prima di cose ”speciali” (omelette, uova, ecc.) ed il ristorante ha davvero un'ottima scelta di pasta, pesce e carne, ce n'é per tutti i gusti. Gentili e bravi i camerieri del ristorante, grazie della bella esperienza. Cosa non è piaciuto: Peccato che non sia stata integrata una piscina che farebbe dell'hotel ancora un posto più attraente, anche se sapevamo che non c'era, una volta sul posto sarebbe stato molto bello averne una con i 35°C che c'erano. Forse manca un po' quello spirito d'accoglienza che in altri posti é più sentito (v. Toscana, Emilia Romagna,...), dove ti senti davvero il benvenuto nella struttura e ”coccolato”, anche se é vero che stavamo solo una notte, ma un po' più di servizio (al di fuori del ristorante dove son stati tutti bravi e gentili) ed accoglienza non farebbero male e renderebbero l'esperienza da buona ad ottima.

GGuest UserIn the shower cabin, there are black molds on the silicone edge of the tiles, and the same case is in the room next to us, where the rest of the family was (rooms 110 and 111). A real shame because the silicone changes within 15 minutes. There is no water for guests in the rooms, but it is charged €2 per 1/2 liter from the mini bar. In the hotel bar, I asked for a glass of water with the wine we ordered, they don't want to pour water from the tap and lie that it's not for drinking, and charge for water in plastic bottles. By the way, we know for a fact that the city authorities have asked that as much drinking water as possible be used from the taps, in order to reduce the use of plastic bottles, so the water from the taps is for drinking ofcourse. . We always stay in a 3 or 4 star hotel, it has never happened that there is no drinking water for the guests! There are no kettles for water, tea, instant coffee in the rooms... There were one disposable slippers for two guests in the room, one disposable slippers for three guests in the other room The breakfast is good, there is enough choice, but more fruit is missing. The coffee at breakfast is from a machine and is terrible. We received a recommendation for this hotel and were disappointed.

The room is complete with every comfort (TV, climate, safe and fridge bar) has a large bathroom, rather a bathroom, and the quality of sleep is high thanks to the quality mattress and couch. Tuttavia quando si apre la porta della camera si nota una grande superficialità nell'attenzione al cliente. Non so se sia stato un caso o meno ma nella mia camera mancava carta igienica, c'era il cestino della spazzatura col coperchio rotto, la scatola dei fazzoletti di carta aperta completamente vuota e il dosatore dello shampoo nella doccia completamente vuoto. Ho fatto richiesta in reception mi hanno detto che avrebbero provveduto in realtà non hanno fatto altro che darmi in mano un rotolo di carta igienica tutto il resto è rimasto così come l'avevo trovato. Vista la categoria e il tipo di clientela che frequenta l'hotel mi sarei aspettato una reattività e una cura verso il cliente molto più pronte ed efficaci

GGuest UserFirst, an inexorable sequence of architectural barriers. I've been a pretty building but now declining. It misses the lift. The bathroom, see photos of another TripAdvisor review, is a nightmare. Ergonomic measures not complied with, toilet box losing, water rubin washing losing, noise among many that accompany all night. Noise of all kinds during rest hours: bathroom discharges, people on the stairs, people in other rooms: you can hear everything. Small room, obsolete furniture, covered and additional coats left on the bottom of the box; I would not even advise you to touch them, there is a dust cloud. This, as it is read in other TripAdvisor reviews, accompanied by maltraining and insolence, was accused of stealing a fantomatic key of a safe, a key and a safe that I have never seen. And then to know that the second key that other rooms have never been attached to that key. If you find no more, continue to look elsewhere; rather than this hotel, the next time, I would sleep in a car in winter or on a summer chair Every other solution, for me, is always better than this
