Terrible location. And very rude staff. This is a nice hotel in terms of the rooms were spotless and comfortable..... however, it is very geared towards corporate guests. It advertises that there is a shuttle service available on reservation, but what they don't tell you is that it's €150 to the centre of Milan!! A taxi ANYWHERE is a minimum of €35 and taxis charge on a meter from when they are first booked, so if they are 20 mins away before they get to you, you pay for that as well. The train station is a 20 minute walk away so no good if you are not very mobile. Staff are extremely rude and don't go above and beyond to help or advise you, from restaurant to reception staff, I got the feeling that unless you are Italian, they don't want to know. Staff won't discuss any issues unless there is a manager there (not there often in my experience) and we often had to wait at reception for a while for any member of staff to appear. My advice is, unless you hire a car or have plenty of Euros for taxis, go somewhere else.
We stayed at CX NoM in January for a city break holiday, for 2 nights. Breakfast was included which was a nice bonus. Room was nice and spacious. Very clean, one side of the rooms are dormitories and the other side are hotel rooms. Be aware this is a functioning university/college campus so students are around. There was zero noise though. Lovely little note left in the room welcoming us and 2 drinks tokens redeemable at the restaurant. Breakfast was a little disappointing, there wasn’t many staff around to explain how it worked so each morning we just sat down. Couldn’t get a coffee or hot drink, we couldn’t find someone to order and were never asked. Continental choice, a little limited but for the price it was OK. The only let down for us would be the area, initially when we typed the hotel into Google Maps it took us to the wrong area so please be aware of this, but the actually area didn’t feel the safest to us. Especially at night, although there was always other students/hotel guests around. You have to walk up a dark walkway then through a residential area to get to the nearest train station. It is less than a 10 minute walk though. It took roughly 30 minutes to get to the centre of Milan.
When you stay at Hotel Bulà in Bollate, you'll be connected to a rail/subway station, within a 15-minute drive of Fiera Milano Exhibition Center and San Siro Stadium. This inn is 7.8 mi (12.5 km) from Piazza del Duomo and 9.2 mi (14.8 km) from Cathedral of Milan.
Enjoy a meal at the restaurant or snacks in the inn's coffee shop/cafe. Quench your thirst with your favorite drink at the bar/lounge. A complimentary buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
The front desk is staffed during limited hours.

A good hotel , good service, friendly staff and good breakfast, but if it's something complicated to get , the best option is to get by bus but it has only service up to 20 hours , Then there is another option for the tram but you stay 15 minutes from the hotel and appears a feeling of unsure (nothing happened to me) but always go carefully , it is a multicultural neighborhood where you can find friendly people and others that play care!
A nice modern hotel, clean and large rooms with good aircon. For the price it was 100% worth it.
The staff spoke good English and was happy to advise us on driving regulations around Milan and what areas to avoid, which was super helpful for us.
The hotel is located on the outskirts of Milan, the transportation with the center is uncomfortable, it is necessary to lay on the road to the center at least 45 minutes. Taxi will certainly be faster. Once an hour to the nearest metro station of the red branch from the hotel there is a free shuttle bus, also you can get there on your own by 35 bus (20-30 minutes) or walk (35-40 minutes). The nearest cafe to the hotel (unless the restaurant in the hotel) is located in Cascina Merlata Park about 17 minutes walk.
We had a room on the 12th floor with views on the industrial zone (I suspect that the species are similar to all rooms). And there is even an element of some fetish, because Milan was a major industrial center before becoming the capital of fashion.
The staff was responsive and went to the meeting on the issue of freezing on the deposit map (Russian bank cards in Europe now in most cases do not work).
The room is generally acceptable except for dirty windows outside. All necessary is: teapot, minibar, safe, spacious closet, fan. Swans are in good condition, towels changed every day. Bed large and comfortable, with two kinds of pillows.
advantage
The room is large, the windows are soundproofed, the bed is very comfortable, parking is free, the service is friendly, and the breakfast is very good
shortcoming
Public transportation: There is a bus station downstairs but there are few buses. It takes a while to get to the tram and needs to go through a long tunnel.
The shower room is translucent and has no door, so privacy is not a big problem, but it is easy to splash water.
It’s difficult to wait for the elevator during peak hours
Located in Cormano, Michelangelo apartments is within a 15-minute drive of Piazza del Duomo and Fiera Milano Exhibition Center. This guesthouse is 7.6 mi (12.3 km) from San Siro Stadium and 8.3 mi (13.3 km) from Cathedral of Milan.
Take in the views from a garden.
Featured amenities include express check-in and a safe deposit box at the front desk.
Make yourself at home in one of the 6 air-conditioned rooms featuring flat-screen televisions. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Private bathrooms with showers feature bidets and hair dryers. Conveniences include safes and electric kettles, and housekeeping is provided daily.
The Klima hotel is absolutely lovely. The service was wonderful, all of the staff were polite and friendly and we got a”Bonjourno!”or a “Ciao!” every time we passed. The room was spacious and the bed was huge! The shower was powerful and everywhere very clean. The location is within an industrial estate but the bus stop is a 5 minute walk, the tram stop is a 10 min walk, and the local train station is a 15 minutes walk, with a Milano card, this was great. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
Clean and comfortable rooms. Tried the restaurant once but wouldn’t go back as food low quality. The kitchen is very small, so understandable. There’s no real bar area either. Breakfast was ok. I would return to the hotel but not the restaurant. Staff all very courteous.
