Clean rooms, with all basic amenities, reception desk was quick to respond to any queries. They don't have a restaurant, if you opt for breakfast, it ll be served in your room. Breakfast was good with variety. Overall a good experience.

Good experience, good service Recommend for anyone looking for a quality stay near Auroville I stayed for 4 days here, it was a pleasent stay. The staff is very helpful. Location is near Main Entrance of Visitors center Visiting Auroville is also recommended if you're looking for something a little different

I stayed at the Grand Kubera in Villupuram for 2 nights on a business visit. If one is visiting with family, please drive down to Pondy, the place is not worth it It is situated in a mall and the entire is in the backside Opted for a suite room. There is no in house restaurant and food is sourced from the one below You will have to pay the boys and they will get it Complimentary Breakfast is from the place, they give you a coupon; the food served was cold and tasteless I found my room to be dirty , dusty and some cockroaches here and there The linen however was clean Showers are old and does not come in the full force The only place in Villupuram where you can sleep Stay for business visits only. No family

I liked the place. It was in this spirit that I chose the hotel. Of course, it’s a long way from Pondy, but everyone is kind and welcoming; secluded, clean air; tasty and cheap food. It's about a 25-minute walk to the real ”scourge”, but the rooms are named after famous beaches...))) Well, everything is cool! By the way, I have never seen anything like this anywhere, which is why I get a special star regarding the individuality of the place - the deserted coastline is strewn with the corpses of urchin fish: very unusual, albeit creepy! Thanks to the owners - prosperity, prosperity and expansion to you!

Property is located 750 metres from the serenity beach. You have ample space for car parking which is why i chose this hotel at the first place. They have a roof top restaurant where the food is provided at reasonable cost. It's good too. The room is neat and spacious. They rent out bikes for your trips as well at rs. 400/day. I look forward to visit this place at my future trips to pondy.

1. Rooms were decent. Toilets were neat and clean2. Location is advantage. Outskirts of pondicherry. Avoids city traffic and closer to serenity beach3. Dg back up not available. For ac. And fan was in between both the twin beds which is not sufficient for 4 people to sleep during power cuts. 3. Breakfast was decent, but no sambar, only chutney was available.

Cleaning could have been better, staff is polite. No wi-fi, better toiletries could have been provided like tissue roll, even normal hand-wash liquid was also missing. Hence, the overall experience of the stay, considering the amount i paid for per day- rs. 4250, wasn’t that satisfactory.

GGuest UserEven though i had an email confirmation of early check in, the reception guy was asking me to wait till 2 pm until i produced the email copy. So basically no record / track is kept about guests requests. Secondly, the entrance was horrible as some underground work was going on and had a large pit dug on the narrow road that leads to the hotel from the main road. So the guests had to take a long way around using a different parallel road to reach the hotel which i had to figure out myself. The hotel authority should have informed this earlier. Otherwise, this is a budget stay hotel. Since i was about to checkout early considering the fact that i checked in early, provisions were made to provide the complimentary breakfast on the day i checked in and i do appreciate it ! i would also suggest an inprovement to provide an intercom facility in future. Thanks

Perfect location. Perfect for sunrise view. Right on the beach. It's not a private beach resort but it has direct access to the beach. The resort is not exactly in Pondicherry city but 4-5 kms before. The restaurant serves good food and it is comparatively cheaper than the food outside. It serves South Indian and North Indian food. Rooftop eating space is best to have your meals with a great view of sea. Recommended room is Premium Sea view room. The only downside is the adjacent property, Raj Sea View Guest House. It simply throws its kitchen waste on the beach and it's guests were also throwing their trash on the beach, which spoilt the beauty of the beach.

GGuest UserExceptional. A luxurious vacation home set in a relaxing environment that allows you to disconnect. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. I ate at the restaurant nearly everyday, and everything was cooked to perfection. From smoothies to daal to pancakes, just delicious. Best of all were the people, especially the Founder. So kind hearted and welcoming the moment I stepped out of the taxi. She makes you feel at home, gets you connected to what’s happening in Auroville. Can’t wait to be back!

GGuest UserStayed in a standard non ac double bed room. Room was beautifully furnished. Hotel is present at very pleasant and peaceful location. Just a 6 min walk away from the beautiful auro beach. All the necessary food and amenities are available within a 2 min walking distance from the hotel. Hotel staff(s) are very helpful and kind. Courteous service from their end.

GGuest UserThe property was wonderful for a budget stay. Vino and pugal caretakers were very helpful throughout our stay. The swimming pool was maintained clean and neat. If they can improvise the water quality in the washroom it would be more great. Rooms were maintained clean. Very near to beaches. Overall a great stay.
