We visited this property after being there 20 years ago. Still a fab property. Staff exceptional. Place requires a lot of repairs and I am sure they are on to it. The only thing we were very upset was - about our drivers accommodation and food. A GRT run property DOES NOT provide food or not even a cup of tea. The accommodation provided had serious issues with mosquitos so our driver slept in the car. The location of the property was away from shops and other accommodation so to have a cup of coffee our driver had to drive a fair distance. I escalated this to the ***agement mid way of our stay - of course the answer was we will do it sir - but absolutely nothing happened. We plan to be back again as we like the place. But if this is not improved we will reluctantly look for alternatives.

The worst ever place to stay. Its not a 4-star hotel. ROBBING by projecting itself as a 4-star hotel with no facilities. Dont get fooled by the photos and false commitment. For business people and decent travelers who expect comfortable stay, this is a very cheap place with false looks. I was charged 5000+gst for a Single AC room. I checked in believing it has standards of a 4-star hotel. but its just up-to 1-star hotel mark. 1. Air Conditioner was not working. 2. No water from Tap. 3. No water for toilet also. such a disgusting place. 4. No responsible service or reply from management They get money and let people in low class rooms and when asked - they didn't take any responsibility. when I was waiting to raise a higher level complaint, many other guest were in line before and after me with same complaints. but they gave no response but continued collecting money. Beware of such fraudsters. - Karthick

The cleanliness, amenities and service was generally satisfactory. The WiFi is strong but toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste as well as toilet rolls are not provided. We booked a suite with 2 double beds but upon arrival was told that our booking was not received and they don’t have a room with 2 double beds. So information found in trip.com and the hotel does not tally. It will be good if the system updates the room types that are truly available. Overall, the stay was comfortable, despite some issues during check in.

Very nice hotel at a central location in Tanjore. Very nice big rooms with all amenities. The rooms are also very spacious. Cleanliness is also pretty good and that too at an extremely affordable price. I would really recommend people to stay here.

GGuest UserOur stay was quite enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, though it would have been helpful to have basic toiletries provided. The bathroom was also clean. A major plus point is the hotel's proximity to the brihadeeswara temple, making it easily accessible on foot. While there's no in-house restaurant, plenty of good dining options are available nearby. The hotel is also conveniently located near the bus stand, making it easy to get around by cab or auto.

GGuest UserLocated near to temple which is convenient. Lots of food stalls around this hotel. It was stated that power back up 24hrs, but mid night the aircon didn’t work. When i went down to reception (2nd floor to ground floor as no intercom facility) they informed me there is power cut. When i asked about the back up, then only they started the genset.

Good parking facilities too. Only local breakfast available and no choice as they just knock you door randomly in the morning and give you a tray
