We have stayed for 2 days at this property. Overall it was good experience. Rooms were spacious, staff was polite. It also has decent parking space to accommodate around 15 cars. It comes with children play area, garden on the back side, bonfire on request. Breakfast has plenty of options for children and adults.

The place was really nice and cozy. Very green with beautiful lamps and lights. Perfect place for families and couples. Staff is also very helpful and polite. I would give 3 ratings to food as it could have been better but that’s fine, don’t miss this place just because of food as other factors are happening

Everything was fine except price and parking. If you park you own car it will take 2-4 hours to take out from parking even hotel assistant will not help you. If you go your own to hotel it will cost less than including lunch dinner and breakfast but if you book it will charge you more and in which food is not included.

Experience with the hotel be it stay, room, food all was great. Room service was great. Overall a very satisfying experience. Food tasted very homely.

Wonderfull stay

Very comfortable stay, the staff was supportive and this place was amid-st the city center hence no issues whatsoever, however, hygiene was not up to the mark, that could have been done better except for that a splendid experience.

Hotel pachmarhi is in the middle of the city. All tourist point is near by and connectivity is with every place. There is a market near the hotel or there are restaurants to eat. The best part is that they are toys for kids. Seeing which children become happy. There is only one problem in the hotel, there is no parking and they provide car parking in government parking near to the hotel and you have to pay for it also. Overall hotel is good & it's good experience.

It's good place for middle class family. Staff is friendly and cooperative.

It was good stay. Comfortable and supporting staff. Uncle was good we celebrated one of our friends birthday. To which he arranged cakes n all. I would look forward to stay in the same hotel

The stay at the hotel was pleasant. Room and washroom were clean and tidy. The hotel food was good with different menu options and prices also moderate considering the location.
