Great cooperative reception and staff, clean rooms. Food quality needs improvement, variety is lacking, north indian, thai food not good. Pizza is good, variety is less. South indian breakfast was good

The stay was fine but even after charging a huge amount for the stay they don’t provide enough drinking water for the guests. Each and every time we have to pay foe each bottle. Only one complimentary water bottle is provided for 1 family per day. Staff and other things were good. Toilets and bedsheets were very very old. Exhaust fan in the toilet was nit working.

1. Ramp or handrail needs to be installed at the entrance of the hotel for elderly folks. 2. The room was clean but we were surprised to see a inner garment still hanging in the bathroom in spite of the room having been cleaned. 3. The support staff were helpful
