Visited the restaurant yesterday. Been there many times alone and with family. The condition of the restaurant was much worse than when I visited the restaurant last time. The sweet corn chicken soup was congealed with corn powder. The waiter had the courtesy to first tell me that I would not be served gravy after ordering beef dry fries and porotta. The AC restaurant was full of flies. Thanks to the waiter who showed kindness on me to turn on the fan to prevent flies.

Stayed here for 14 nights with family. We loved this hotel. The team was very polite, professional and friendly. The team went extra mile to make our stay memorable. The restaurant was very nice. But breakfast was average. Loved their Kerala Paratta and chicken curry. I would highly recommend this hotel. Especially because of the nice staff.

Hotel rooms are open to picturesque nature and having large Balconies to enjoy fresh breeze. Both South Indian and North Indian food are very delicious. Sea food varieties are extraordinary. I stayed in this hotel last year and again this year March 16. Room service is quick and very friendly. Reception desk is open 24 hours and appreciated their sincere dealings. Overall wide variety of delicious food at a very reasonable price.

We had booked break water resort for 2n. Stating below good and bad things as per experience. Good things:
- location is right in front of the beach
- rooms are very well kept clean bad things:
- over expensive price for rooms. They charge like 3 start resorts but it's not worth. We brought 2 rooms for 4 adults for 2 nights and paid total
- this is not a resort but a homestay
- there is no staff kept in this property. Entire place is ruined by the owner and one househelp. - there is no restaurant in the resort and outside is also not allowed. So if you are hunger you either have to go out or eat what they already have made with no options to pick
- no basic amenities in the room like tea/coffee maker, tissues, toilet rolls, cell phone to connect to reception. - if you need anything you have to step out of the room search for the single househlep guy and tell him.
