It is a very average type of hotel with just ok type of amenities. Room service below average. Insufficient staff. They committed me to provide tea in early morning, accordingly i called for room service in morning around 5:45 am but no body picked the call. Only one plus point is it's location near madan mahal rely station.

Property is good. Food is also very delicious. But the main requirement of a five star hotel is clean and maintained rooms. I stayed in room 610 for one night. There was a weird smell in the room. The carpet was not properly clean. Pillow covers were old and covered in lint. The bath tub was broken and a yellow liquid was oozing out of it. Shower curtains were full of lipstick stains. We asked the staff to change our room but there was no availability. They changed the shower curtain and asked us to use the foot mat inside the tub and stand on that and take bath. Maybe if I had another room, then my stay would have been better. Overall i would say don't go with the expectations of a five star. At best this was a 3 star experience.

I had a very good stay in this hotel. I highly recommend it for those who are looking for good room and food at genuine prices and with a very well-behaved staff.

The room was ok and staff was cooperative. However on mm t i booked a room named super deluxe room which was advertised having more spacious as a room but even after specifically pointing out same to the hotel the staff said there is only one type of room in our hotel which is deluxe room. Rest was ok and hotel is good for a day or two stay as per your work.

I checked in with my family. The rooms were decent. Washroom was also decent. When i entered the room, there was complimentary apples, biscuits, wafers etc which was a welcome surprise. My meal plan had breakfast included. The buffet breakfast was marvelous (taste wise and variety wise as well. So for the price paid, i got very good value. So i will recommend this hotel.

Had a pleasant stay. Everything is outstanding about the place, from price to ambience, professional and cooperative staff, room, hygiene, dining area, food quality, location, parking. Not a single reason to complain about.

Beside the train station, sleep well! try to avoid

It’s a century located place. Close to railway station, market, various restaurants. A safe and beautiful place to stay with family. Food provided by its restaurant, very good. Managerial and service staff is also cordial.
