The reception was impeccable. The production using a buggy is also pleasant. However, I was disappointed that the staff at the breakfast buffet seemed unmotivated, didn't show us where to sit, and just walked around aimlessly and wouldn't respond unless we called out to them. I was pouring coffee for Western guests.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Excellent hotel ,Great service, The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The Staff in the reception were very helpful, not just on check-in and checkout. Himanshu arrange room for me . Specially Thankyou Himanshu rawat.

Stayed for 3 nights here from 26th 29th of April. Rooms are badly maintained. Carpets smell. A/C does not work. During the three days of my stay, the restaurant A/C did not work and they did not even bother to keep few pedestal fans. Internal phones dont work too. Towels are dirty. Bed linens smell. The electrical switch boards including the key holder is stuck to the wall with tapes. Door locks are with tapes. I could see extensive use of BOPP tapes everywhere to control the damages. If Some one from Sarovar is reading this, please note that this is not expected out of your brand. Please do something immediately. I am not going to stay here again(Though my company has a tie up with this hotel) unless there is something drastically done to improve this hotel. It is really in sorry state of affairs.

I stayed there for a weekend. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The food and service is very good. Its safe and secure since as a girl traveling alone i have sometimes faced some hotels which act a bit shady. This was my second stay and it was as pleasant as the first one

This hotel is a newly opened five-star hotel in the kutch area. Wyndham. I ran into five or six Chinese in the morning. The hotel's environmental facilities are quite good, and there is a small temple more than 100 meters away from the house. The venue is very spacious. The futon sleeps very comfortably in the swimming pool. The price is too expensive.
