Had a satisfying stay. Good polite staff, good location. A bit disappointed on washroom as the tiles were broken and a little dirty. Room was spacious and satisfactory for staying.

I recently had an exceptional stay at Hotel Swarn Towers. The rooms were impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, contributing to a wonderfully relaxing experience. The food was also fantastic with a variety of delicious options A special shoutout to Areeb from the front office his service was nothing short of extraordinary. Areeb went above n beyond to ensure all my needs were met with professionalism and a warm smile, making me feel truly valued as a guest. I highly recommend Hotel Swarn Towers

Unexpected services as the services are as of a 5 star hotel,the staff is very herlfull,caring,and hotel is very well managed and so clean that i can roam anywhere without slippers,great services,food is hygenic and tasty,rates are nominal as per services,fully value for money hotel,peacefull silent location with airy rooms and a common balcony is provided.

I am very frequent traveller and I have lots of goods and bad experiences about all over cities hotels. This is the one of the best experience of my life because hotel staff services impress me alot. Very polite, humble, supportive and a good guide also. Mainly i want to introduce Mr Kamran, really he is so gentle and very well to know that how to handle a customer with a good behaviour. Hotel room is clean , quality bed sheets , healthy break fast, quick service as per order, near by station, good place for getting any type of local conveyance. Please visit once whenever you visit Bareilly...i am recommended this hotel for all type of traveller for good experience. Thanks with Regards Surjeet Singh

Amazing experience at pool party in hotel diplomat. In this hectic day of summers me and my friends book a pool party where we had so much fun with loud music amazing foods specially that chilly paneer which is awesome .I never thought that we have been experience so much fun and plus point is u can have perfect selfie with your bestie.I totally recommend to all my friends and company friends also to have pool party at diplomat only

The hotel premises were clean so were the rooms. Food is good and not too expensive. I stayed for 2 days, the hotel staff is cordial. This property is on the main road with ample parking space. I would want to visit again. Thanks
