Good location, just beside ambaji temple. Got good hot water during stay but hotel do not have lift and i had to climb staircase with my wife for room allotted at first floor, electrical fitting just above washbasin in washroom was not working. You need to go outside for food.

Excellent! i recently stayed at hotel am-bey valley near ambaji temple, and i had an excellent experience. The staff was helpful and accommodating, making my stay very comfortable. The room and bathroom was neat and clean, i highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. Thanks to manager mr bharat bhai for his support.

It was a really good stay here and we really enjoyed and it was really clean here thank you. And all the staff were also too good and they have behaved soo well with use please keep the rooms in same condition so that we will come to stay here again we come to Ambaji every year thank you

Loved the stay in the nature. Hospitality of the staff was great, especially indrajeet singh. Room quality could be better, it wasn’t as shown in the pictures.

The name, Balaram Palace Resort, is deceiving. It was a palace of a small princely state but to a customer, it is big but does not feel like a palace. It has a large ground but I am not aware of any activities like horseback riding or games, musical performances or activities etc. Then, why call it a palace or a resort? The staff is good. They help in many ways, e.g. taking an elderly person in an electric vehicle to the restaurant. The food in the restaurant was good but I would not call the restaurant palatial. The property is on the bank of a river. Thus, one can take a walk to the river. The rooms are cold at night. They placed heaters in the room. In our room, the heater was short-circuited and caught fire. They repaired it but this caused disturbed sleep. One of the most important functions of a hotel is good sleep on a comfortable bed in a warm quiet room and a good bath. If a guest cannot sleep, the hotel should consider it and discount the price or somehow make the person happy. The staff are very nice but were probably not authorized to evaluate how happy the customer is. Since I cannot compare this to other hotels in Palanpoor, I would still recommend this hotel and give it an average rating.
