Find the Cheap Bagdogra Hotels

We had been staying in Gangtok and wanted a hotel near Bagdogra airport for an early morning departure. The rooms are clean and with good comfortable beds. It is very quiet, as it's set well back from the main road. The food is homemade very very tasty and extremely good value. With the airport just a 5 minute taxi ride away, we thoroughly recommend this hotel.

We booked this hotel while returning from sikkim to catch next morning early flight. Hotel is approx 2 km from bagdogra airport and on main highway. Hotel staff was very good and on our request they changed our room.

We had to catch an early morning flight. We had booked hotel Jagat for the night stay. I was skeptical initially. But, it turned out to be a nice clean place. The moment we reached, the ***ager and staff kept telling, don't worry about anything, we will take care of everything. They took good care of us with tea, snacks, dinner. Nothing fancy. But clean hotel with reasonable service. I left one personal item. When I called them, within moment they found it. They offered to send it to Airport. But, I had already passed security. I requested them to courier the same. They couriered the item to me. Very helpful ***agement and team.

My visit in this hotel with my family is excellent, i strongly recommend it to my friends and known ones, fooding is also up to the mark

Stayed 13th to 14th May 2024 , 3 Rooms As everywhere it is known first experience is the best experience but my Experience in Barsana is very bad with Front Office Team, I booked with Agoda for 6 adults and 1 kid but by mistake room is booked for 3 adults 3 rooms. My brother requested them to give rooms key till agoda reverts back or else I will pay the amount they asked for 3000 rs in the morning but they denied to give me the key , issues was more we travelled for 7 hours and for with females and kids. my question is when I already paid for 3 rooms for 3 adults they would have allowed atleast 3 person if not 6 but they denied. why after paying Rs 9100 they have not given me the Key. I never been to any star hotel which ask complete payments before checkin, advance is still ok even I paid for 3 rooms and. 3 adults but this hotel asked 100% of Rs 3000 payments to give me a key for extra 3 person. it was very embarassing situation while travelling with a family almost waited for 1 hours to get the key only after Agoda replied to pay 500 person + GST to be paid for each extra person. after getting a room mosquitos not allowed to sleep in the night due to early morning checked out stayed only for 8 hours paid almost 11k for 3 rooms. Overall ambience of Hotel ,food , rooms ambience , Location , staff in Restaurent was very good.

We had booked a room to stay overnight after a very long journey. When we reached, the *** at the reception kept on talking over the phone with owner/ manager for 20 minutes about rooms allotted to this party and that customer. He told us to wait with out revealing his intentions. We waited after 20 minutes we interrupted the conversation to ask us to give us the room. He very annoyingly asked us to speak to the speaker on the other side of the phone . The speaker refused to give us a room saying he is not bound to give it to us. First of all, they have enlisted in *********** and then upon booking they are ready to harass customers. Secondly, they wasted our time by about an hour by not letting us know that they will not allow us a room. Thirdly, it is absolutely an unprofessional and un ethical practice being in the hotel industry. We moved out with minimum argument but we thank our stars for not staying there. God knows what would have waited for us during our stay, regarding further service. Just at the time of entering also, we witnessed some heated conversation with one of the customers staying there.

The property ambience was good but the food and service was not good it was beyond expectations. The food service in the restaurant was not proper, it took a to much time to serve and the food quality was not good and also the morning complementary breakfast was not good.

Wonderful Resort, Housekeeping was perfect, View was heavenly. Food is great, management was good. Stayed in room 206, had perfect help whenever needed, comfortable rooms and good service. Sagar, Rajni and Javier were very quick to help whenever needed.

The stay was short as it was a layover for me and needless to say it was a pleasant one. Even the security guard helped me negotiate with the local e-rickshaws so that i don't get ripped off as a tourist. Would love to prolong my stay some day to enjoy their full hospitality. No complaints. 5/5 stars.
