It's all right, very spacious room. Parking for 3 cars, the hotel, not protected, there's a guard. Seeing of course, but we're lucky at the price. Breakfasts are scarce, unscented, take not worth. We ordered dinner in the room, hotel expensive and completely unpleasant. In general, high prices for this hotel, but for a couple of days at a good price is very pleasant.

The location of the hotel has a close proximity to the anjuna beach. That's the best part. The staff lacks warmth and welcoming attitude. The rooms are small and designed incorrectly with the beds in north south direction, with feet at ***** the south direction. The breakfast spread could be better with some more options in healthy options. The swimming pool is ungauraded. The pool water is averagely clean. Could be better. There are no pool towels.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience from my recent three-night stay at your property. Overall, it was quite an average experience, with a mix of positives and areas for improvement. *breakfast*
the breakfast was good and tasty, although i believe there could have been a better spread. *dining experience*
on the first night, we ordered some appetizers and a main course, but the food was average and leaned more towards a sweet taste than we expected. *policies* mentioned no restrictions on food and drink consumption in the room. However, we were informed that no outside food or drinks are allowed inside the property, which was a bit confusing. *staff*
the staff were really friendly and polite. - *housekeeping* kavita and jun a did an excellent job cleaning our room every morning. The housekeeping supervisor, suraj, was also very helpful from day one. - *breakfast service* mrinmoy, latte, chhote lal, and their colleague provided excellent service during breakfast. - *check-in experience* the check-in process was smooth, and mr. Anil, the duty manager, was polite and knew how to make clients feel comfortable. - *room condition: the rooms were not up to date. There were issues with the walls and ceiling, which had black spots all over. This affected the overall atmosphere of the room, resulting in a particular smell.

It was one of the best stays so far, I was so comfortable with the people since I arrived, the staffs are super friendly it feels like home.
They just need to improve the lock systems for the lockers and room, there’s no way to lock the room even if somebody goes outside.

KKaran LalaLet me start off by saying that the hospitality is one of the best I have ever experienced. Right from the front desk to the kitchen everything was top notch. Chef Rajeev took such great care of us and went out of his way to curate speciality food items. Even ***ager Sagar was very hospitable and friendly.
The property is located conveniently in Anjuna and within a few minutes drive from all the top rated restaurants and joints. But you don't need that because the food at the hotel is so delicious you don't feel the need to go out to find good food.
This hotel is definitely worthy of its 5star rating.
The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. There was no request from the help desk which was not attended.
In short loved the place. Definately a must visit for couples and families.

GGuest UserGreat location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Nice spacious rooms with all modern amenities, extremely comfy bed, huge bathroom with one of the best toilatories! the plunge pool was bigger than expected. And the location is also spot on with all the goto places 10-15 minutes away. The staff was really hospitable. A must for people seeking luxury with privacy.

Bike and car rentals are available which was helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. It served it’s purpose and was cost effective. Breakfast was included. I would book again.

The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, my room was on the 1st floor, there was a lot of greenery and you could hear crickets) I stayed for 2 nights. I tried breakfast - it didn’t work, but there is a bakery nearby with delicious coffee
