IIngrid ReisingerNew and very comfortable hotel in Pangkalan Bun. About 20min away from the airport. The breakfast is superb, just great... western and indonesian options, very fresh and delicious!
The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating.

RRiveraPabloI informed with quite an advance(4 days) that finally I couldn't enjoy my reservation (flight changed by the airline) and I asked them to cancel the night, but they refused.
Of course the booking policy was not refundable but I would have appreciated their consideration and having back my money. I warned in advance, I asked kindly, but no way.
Well, it wasn't their obligation but it wasn't so difficult.

MmjrdBooked a double studio room, it turns out it doesn't have an en suite bathroom, just for the experience.. the location is very strategic though.. only because the bathroom is outside.. so the bathroom is not very clean.. even though the room is clean, the AC is also cold..
