The room is clean, but it is an old hotel. There are parts of the walls where the paint is blistered due to water seepage and age. The thing I like the most here is the breakfast. I like the menu. The location of the hotel is also good.

The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Batu. Will be back to this place soon..!!!

Booked here because this OYO location is near the beach. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic, and the taxi driver contacted the driver to ask for help at the front desk. The room is a bit old, but it does not affect the stay.
Convenience stores are nearby, making it easy to buy water and snacks. There are many stalls selling snacks along the way to the beach.

JJantiNo complementary water bottle in the room, the staff said they doing go green so we have to fill our kettle from the water dispenser outside the room, and that time the dispenser wasn't well prepared, the Galon was not in the dispenser, i had to do it myself
Request for shower cap, i had to call 3x, and arrived in more than 30mins
At breakfast time, the table wasn't clean, there was coffee stain and foods crumbs, but the foods is good also has lot of varieties

WWin BkkThe check in was smooth despite last minute booking and late check in. The location is quite convenient near Karebosi and in walking distance to Fort Rotterdam and Pantai Losar. It is located in a small alley, so there was no traffic noise. My room even had a view of Karebosi.
The room was quite spacious and clean. The toilet and shower was less clean but still ok. Wifi works in room.
RedDoorz amenity kit and drinking water were provided.

RRusdiI don’t know what to say cuz I am thinking to say about the good things. the most I hate in this hotel is the wifi, it’s super poor. You need to log in with the username and password that was given by the receptionist. And then when I am connecting the wifi in my room, oh God this is disaster. So well, I am using roaming in Indonesia and my roaming went smoothly then the wifi. I even can’t open google. Or refresh my instagram. It’s super super slow. I need to go to the lobby if I wanted to use the wifi since my roaming has limited access too. And the bathroom is just too small but its unique the concept like in the airplane.
The only thing I like in this hotel is the location and the reception is super friendly, and there are many options for breakfast but mostly for Indonesian traditional foods.

MmotorideAs expected from a famous hotel chain, it is basically clean. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is varied. One thing that is disappointing is that the floor is carpeted so it smells a bit.

TTremalThe rooms are a bit dated, the furniture is a bit worn, but the bed is comfortable. The Deluxe room is very spacious.
The most positive thing is the staff: friendly but above all very willing to help. We needed fast wifi for video calls and they provided us with a dedicated modem.
Special mention for Dinda, who speaks excellent English and also helped us remotely via Whatsapp.

- Approximately 15mins walking distance to Losari Beach.
- There's a convenient store just outside the hotel, Circle K.
- Alot of cafes nearby, Maxx Coffee, MyCoffee, Fireflies Coffee, Starbucks.
- Approximately 3mins walk to Gelael Supermarket.
- WiFi connection was smooth.
- 2 bottles of mineral water topup daily even if you have 1 left(same goes for the toiletries and complimentary coffee/tea).
- Cool foamy handsoap, and it smells good, too.
- TV has quite a range of channels to keep you entertained.
Bad Stuff
- Toilet and shower are weirdly separated.
- Shower room doesn't have a shelve to place your own toiletries.
- One of the window locks was slightly damaged and wasn't locked.
- It can be quite noisy in the morning when a family with kids is using the swimming pool.
