This is a very good hotel in Surabaya, good location in the downtown, good services, and excellent breakfast with many choices. And it is only one-hour drive to the airport. I would recommend this hotel.
Pros:
1. Hotel Andita Syariah Surabaya offers a highly affordable stay in a prime location within Surabaya's city center, making it an economical choice for budget-minded travelers.
2. Despite undergoing renovations, the rooms maintain a comfortable ambiance, providing guests with a satisfactory level of comfort during their stay.
3. The hotel staff is notably friendly and helpful, contributing positively to the overall guest experience.
Cons:
1. A peculiar detail is the provision of only one pillow per bed, which may seem unusual as many hotels typically provide two pillows per bed. This might be a point of consideration for guests who prefer additional pillows for added comfort.
2. The bathroom conditions at Hotel Andita Syariah Surabaya may not suit everyone. The absence of a mirror and the wet concept could be inconvenient for guests who prefer to keep the bathroom dry.
3. The washbasin lacking sanitation, allowing water to flow directly to the floor, may pose a cleanliness concern for some guests.
4. The absence of a telephone in the room might be a drawback for those who rely on traditional means of communication. However, the option to contact the reception via WhatsApp serves as an alternative.
In summary, Hotel Andita Syariah Surabaya provides a cost-effective option for individuals seeking affordability and a central location. While the peculiarities of one pillow per bed and certain bathroom conditions exist, the hotel remains suitable for those on a transit or short stay, given its economical pricing and convenient accessibility.

The room has a moldy smell likely from the old carpet and the furniture a little run down. However, the breakfast spread was more than we expected for the price we paid for the room. Convenient location close to shopping malls and really value for money.

New hotel, when I stayed maybe just a few weeks opening so for the facilities still good and new. Overall it is very good including service, but there are some things that need to be improved, especially for motorbike parking where the access is very steep and leaning and narrow road, which I think can harm guests. Then for the cleanliness of the room, the floor was so dirty that made me keep lifting slippers when in the room because I didn't get a sliper, for the bathroom also the water was bounced. but more plus for this price, because there is a balcony and the room is soundproofed too.
Strategic location near Tunjungan, the hotel is an old building, but comfortable, the rooms are a bit less tight, the hotel staff is friendly, yesterday I left something behind and the staff was quick to secure it. Thank you

All praise be to Allah who by His grace all righteous deeds are perfect.
Opposite the hotel to the left 50 m there is Al-Islah Mosque.
Cleanliness, comfort, friendliness & excellent service, ample parking. Recommended hotel.
Overall Breakfast Ok..... please check the degree of saltiness of the dish.
Thanks....
Stay again for the 2nd time after my original first stay when we first arrived in Surabaya before moving to Jogja.
This time the room assigned to us had problem with the shower head. Its spoilt and the water was so close to the wall it is almost impossible to shower properly.
You either bump into the faucet or accidentally turned it off or moved the water setting, very frustating. If not because if its proximity to one of the largest shopping mall (Tunjungan Plaza) and my first stay room was not so bad without the shower head issue, I will surely have had a bad experience with the hotel itself. Its value for money though. The location is exactly the sane as Wyndam hotwl. (4 stars) which is jusy opposite the hotel
Had a great and pleasant stay at the Royal Regentris Cendana! Staff were very nice, friendly, accommodating and helpful!! Location of the hotel was also very good, walking distance to Tunjungan Plaza, with a straightforward and direct route. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
I originally booked one of the renovated rooms and there is a bit of fiasco in the first day when I came back to the room it just reeked of raw sewage, almost like a pipe it exploded, and I immediately called housekeeping who sprayed but said that they would move me to a different suite which is the one in the photos. This is one of the more expensive suites and it’s basic and similar in comparison to the renovated suite. However, renovated suite looks like it was renovated back in 1990s as the other suite was much nicer and more modern
Overall, the service was fantastic. The food in the breakfast was delicious. The pool is nice. I’ll be at a little quiet and overall it’s a great location if you wanna go out to different sites or if you just wanna cruise the mall or do some quick shopping

RRadziRamliI have check out from executive room after 2 nights stay. I find out this deluxe room almost same with the executive room I stay before. In term of the amenities, this room they did not provide a coffee machine and the price low way cheaper from my previous so call executive room. Instead this room I get higher floor.
Room just ok but not up to 5 star level . Basic amenities. No bathroom scale , no pillow menu , not even welcome drink offer even though stated welcome drink complementary.
Lift landing carpet pretty old . Toilet smelly from the drainage . No shop surrounding dark in the night.
Breakfast sufficient, but bakery/ pastry counter just a waste. Should change to baked flour counter. Tasteless.
Overall ok and might be superb for those not a frequent traveller.
YYuxiaoshuaidanrenzijiaquanguoyouThe hotel is very good. The bed is a little small, but it is very clean, the hot water is also very large, the food is very good, the breakfast is very good, it is not very far from the city center, the place where we ate is nearby, and the surrounding environment is very good
PPolka13It was a good price for an executive suite room! There was a bathtub, large room & bed, sofa, desk, fridge, all for around IDR 600K for a night.
The lighting was so bright (which I like) because it had 2 windows and you could see the pretty sunset in the west side! Bed was comfy and pillow didn't smell at all. AC and fridge was cold enough.
But the amenities were too standard, we didn't even get a shower cap or hand soap at the sink. They only provided one for all ”soap-shampoo-conditioner” at the shower which was nice for the environment, and cotton buds.
The breakfast was so standard and they charged my son (this is the first time in any other hotel). Luckily it was for a small amount of money.
Overall it was a pleasant stay because my son and husband love having a bath at the bathtub (we don't have any in our house). Oh and the smart TV provides youtube and prime videos. Perfect for a weekend-getaway!
JJackkalThe Hotek was well located behind Tungunan Mall. About 5-7mins walk. Opp is a nice coffee place and there’s also a foodcourt at hotel lobby. Room started to age but aircon is cold thou. Good pricing
HHBahar/Place is beautiful. Room is spacious but needs more cleaning to get rid off the white stains. Cheap and a great place to stay. Near to cafes and restaurants. Walking distance to mcd and malls.
