This was an average hotel stay in Indonesia - where the outside appearance is more important than the inside. We got our hopes up on the short golf-cart-ride to our room as the lighted paths and rice paddies were beautiful. But when we got to our room we were in for a letdown. The frequently used table-tops were oily, while the out of the way areas were dusty. The reservation was for 3 guests, but there was 2 of everything in the room. I excitedly opened the curtain to check out our view and discovered the window was frosted and there was nothing to see (maybe the back of another building?) There was an overwhelming smell of motor oil coming from somewhere that gave me an instant headache throughout our stay. We really would have liked to sit outside to enjoy the evening air, but any benches were not covered and therefore wet from the rain. Positives: the staff were quick to respond to our requests, bathroom and sheets were clean, buffet breakfast was good

Really satisfied. The villa is very spacious, facing the swimming pool, has a refrigerator, has a sofa, TV is gueddeeeee, room 2, the facilities are very complete, the food is delicious, and the part is very fulfilling. The air here is very cold at night, and I also brought a very happy child. There is a big bathtub. It's cool to take a hot bath. Spent a very pleasant holiday and accommodation here. The view is very charming, the majestic Thunder Mountain. the best room is number 102 with a balcony and view from the 2nd floor room. What's fun, there are 2 large and small onsen pools. There is also a soaking room with a private soaking tub. The only thing that is a bit lacking is that there isn't much variety in breakfast. the rest is all fine. Hot shower in the room is strong, AC is cold.

Stay here for one night. Still amazed by their hot spring pool and facilities no wonder it’s always packed in the weekends. I come here with my friend and might come back again for sure. The hotel have it all. I have a super great stay. I think it’s the best in cipanas garut

I review about the water tourist destination yaa1 Because he didn't get in the hotel 1. We came on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 2 pm 2. Water tour entrance ticket 50rb 3. Ban rental tickets and lockers are on the photo 4. The place is large and suitable for bringing children who love to play in the water. 5. The fav place in this location is wave pool, bubble bath, and sponge. 6. Many photo spots 7. Food can be brought outside. 8. Many drinks and food vendors on the spot don't worry if they don't bring supplies from home. 9. We left the location at 1 o'clock.

This 2nd time I came here for family vacation. Overall I am very satisfied with all the things in here. Vibes from the hotel is so relax, enjoyable, peacefully. Room cleanliness are good. Oh, maybe if the management add Netflix on every single room it will be perfect. 😄 The food also still my favorite in this place. Nice! 👍 And thanks also to Bu Rani who cares a lot with our family. The place emulates a village built on water. It was fun. The pool was good and big. The fishing experience was fun, even though we did not manage to get any fish. But the attendant was very attentive and helped us to catch some. Everyone gets grilled or fried fish. Nobody mentioned this in the review column. This was a very nice touch to our stay. I really love this hotel. Will come back if we visit Garut.

Very good hotel, rooms are spacious, but wardrobe closet is less than adequate. There is bathtube in every room which is a pleasant. The pool is great. Breakfast is ok, but the egg corner is only serving omellete. Location is great, you can find numerous good restaurants within 5 minutes ride
