This was an average hotel stay in Indonesia - where the outside appearance is more important than the inside. We got our hopes up on the short golf-cart-ride to our room as the lighted paths and rice paddies were beautiful. But when we got to our room we were in for a letdown. The frequently used table-tops were oily, while the out of the way areas were dusty. The reservation was for 3 guests, but there was 2 of everything in the room. I excitedly opened the curtain to check out our view and discovered the window was frosted and there was nothing to see (maybe the back of another building?) There was an overwhelming smell of motor oil coming from somewhere that gave me an instant headache throughout our stay. We really would have liked to sit outside to enjoy the evening air, but any benches were not covered and therefore wet from the rain. Positives: the staff were quick to respond to our requests, bathroom and sheets were clean, buffet breakfast was good

Explore 2D1N at garut . The hotel was nice , room clean but have a spot on the linen. There is no cold water on the bathroom, it would be nice if you have it. The breakfast so tasty , the variant of food was enough. If you can expand the parking lot it would be best for the guest

I review about the water tourist destination yaa1 Because he didn't get in the hotel 1. We came on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 2 pm 2. Water tour entrance ticket 50rb 3. Ban rental tickets and lockers are on the photo 4. The place is large and suitable for bringing children who love to play in the water. 5. The fav place in this location is wave pool, bubble bath, and sponge. 6. Many photo spots 7. Food can be brought outside. 8. Many drinks and food vendors on the spot don't worry if they don't bring supplies from home. 9. We left the location at 1 o'clock.

Very good hotel, rooms are spacious, but wardrobe closet is less than adequate. There is bathtube in every room which is a pleasant. The pool is great. Breakfast is ok, but the egg corner is only serving omellete. Location is great, you can find numerous good restaurants within 5 minutes ride

When we stayed in the Sundan Canyon, we took a holiday with 2 kids. The children are very happy to be able to fully ride on a boat & paddle themselves, there are water bikes, flying fox, children's play park, children's pool, and a warm water bath, the staff there are very friendly helping us. Food & drinks in the pool order are affordable including cheap. Rooms without AC have a fan, but the weather there is cold especially at night. For breakfast, there are many options, it tastes pretty good, for children under 5 years old free, above 5 get 50%. One day we wanted to take a vacation back at Lake Dariza Resort.

We booked this place stayed at kawung villa or 2 storage traditional bungalow/wooden house for 1 night. The place is amazing we are located surrounding all the mountains. This resort offering few styles of room, u can book little bungalow enough for max 3 ppl, luxury villa, or big house for groups with private swimming pool. In our bungalow we have bath up with natural hot spring from the mountain. The bath up so big is enough for 3 adults to soak in. They provided us with the amenities, we have a tatami/breakfast nooks, and the bedroom at upstair with balcony overlook the mountain & fish pond. This resort so huge, so beautiful sorrounded with all the mountains and 1 main attraction is the public swimming pool. Every guest who stayed in this hotel will have free access to the pool unlimitedly, but fyi this pool also open for the public with the paying entry ticket. The swimming pool temperature so warm, since the water is natural hot spring from the nearest mountain. Unfortunately they have only 1 olympics size pool and 1 small pool for soaking the feet since the tempature so hot above 40' c. The pool might be crowded during afternoon time, but guest still can access them till 9pm so u can have a quite pool. The view from the pool so romatic & beautiful since we are at the feet of mountains. U can see the sunset from the pool, which so beautiful. Only 1 feedback for the management, please impove the breakfast menu. Since this hotel sorrounded the mountains and the temperature quite cold maybe in restaurant can serve more soup styles. And when we had the breakfast there the food actually not so warm and the taste of the food quite bland & not intresting. But i can recommend this place to everyone to stay here more than a night because so many thing we can explore from this resort. And there is foot spa whre we can seat at the fish pond, while we wait the fish clean out all the dead skins from ours feet & very ticklies.

I've been fans of Santika Hotel brand for long, and upon knowing that they opens a new hotel in Garut, I'm keen to try it out. As a person who get used to clearer traffic of East Java, accessing this hotel from Bandung proved to quite a struggle as the main road between Bandung and Garut is full of traffic jams, thanks to the presence of factories in the middle of what used to be an idyllic countryside. Upon arriving, we were greeted by the bellboy and receptionist who helped us to check in and settle to our room. The view from our room is truly breathtaking and we marveled the scenic countryside just by lying on our bed. However, there were some added notes in regards to this hotel: - the bathroom floor doesn't seem to be designed to allow the water to go to drainage easily, which resulting in rather dangerous puddles. - whenever I stayed in Santika hotels, I always wanted to eat sausage and potato products during breakfast buffet. I notice that both products were absent in this Garut hotel. There's sausage, but I have to ask them from the cook who prepared the omelette. Overall, I have good impression of staying in the hotel, and keen to return back again.
