AAndriasOverall, it's okay, I will come here again if I'm on duty in Solo and the surrounding area, but the quality of service is not ”complete” maybe because it's still new and the management is semi ”PKL” gt.. the employee is student there this time, because it is a sm polytechnic.
What is disappointing is that the ointment is that I have a problem with the water in the morning, I got half of the shower suddenly dead water, which is fatal, I think it is necessary to be expected because I waited for the water to turn on until 1 hour in my body condition, still got soap that hasn't been flushed.
At night, the power was cut off and there was no generator yet ... waited for 1 hour and it turned on. Buy a generator.. ☺️

HHerminThe room is Okay, the facilities are excellent, they have a sauna, gym and instagram-able places. The pool is great for kids with balinese ambience. They have a playground too. The staff are friendly and quite helpful.
But the restaurant sometimes runs out of plates, bowls, fork, spoon and glass. Tables are not fast enough to be cleaned. So I cannot drink or eat although the food is still available.
They continue to serve the guests although the serving time is over. So I really appreciate it.

GGuest UserClean and comfortable room. Very friendly service. Plus the food in the restaurant is delicious and very cheap. The breakfast is also a standard hotel menu but it tastes better than the 5-star hotels nearby.

AAzkattaGood breakfast, there is sunsum porridge, white rice soup, fried rice, fried noodles, fruit, coffee, tea, all delicious cm the room and TV are old, the towels smell musty tp the receptionist immediately changed, over all the hotel service is okay.
Please improve the room facilities and bathing kamae such as soap, towels, hotel slippers are provided before guests enter the hotel room.
