The advantage of this hotel because the hotel become part of DP mall, the hotel is very clean and very nice staff.I came before 2PM and they let me to check in earlier without any charge, I lost my watch during the stay and the cleaning staff inform that she put on the other side of the table. And my daughter also left her jacket on the outside restroom (not in our room) and we found on the receptionist desk. Also I forgot to bring charger for my phone and we just can leave the phone to charge at the front desk. Which means Room Inc hotel has honest employee and very kind, very helpful. The breakfast has variative kind, I really love the porridge. So tasty The suggestion for this hotel, maybe you may re-decorate the room. Its very small with big TV. Its not easy to move from one side to another because the gap is very small. But overall I really enjoy to stay at this hotel. Thank you Room Inc Semarang

AAnonymous UserThe hotel lobby feels like an art museum and it’s absolutely beautiful. The hotel and rooms are as seen in pictures and the bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. Grabbing to and from the airport was convenient as it is within a 20 minute distance. Food places nearby were very convenient to grab or walk to - especially the nearby babi guling dewata shop that had juicy, succulent sate. The rooftop bar was a great place to hangout and the drinks were pretty nice. Only tip is to slather on mosquito repellent or wear long pants. Overall a very pleasant experience, would definitely not hesitate to come back again in future!

GGuest Useroverall good. brand new building with great concept. even the room was spacious enough for the price. but untuk sprei nya i think im not lucky enough krn agak apek..... and lil bit noda but its okay. the aircon was SUPER COOL LOL. oh and my room neighbor was super noisy at night :( and for the wifi speed im sorry they're bad:( but twas great experience and definetely would be back!＜3

BbellalovaI've stayed for 2 nights on my staycation in Semarang. Room is clean, tidy and comfy, but there are some spots on the towel. Also the spray jet valve were leaks, so I got to turn it on/off during using it. I like the breakfast menu, quite variative choice and tastes goods. The sky pool was fresh in the morning, but don't forget to applied sun block on your skin. Overall is good for an affordable price.

WWidyaYuwandaThe hotel is located at the center of Semarang, at the same building with Gramedia and Dunkin Donuts. You can reached Paragon Mall and Lawang Sewu by walking. The hotel is not well maintained. Several stain in the bathroom, greyish bedsheet, moist smell from the towel. The breakfast is so-so, not too many option. But it has the minimal option : rice, fried rice, bread station and egg station. One thing that I appreciate is they provide dispencer to refill our drinks, soap and shampoo is also in refill pump. So this hotel quite support zero waste. Will I go back? Most likely no.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel by app . This hotel located in city center of semarang closed by simpang lima. When we parking our motorcycle bit confuse because no guard there that can help us , so i think it mix between guest and employee. Start check in around 4 pm , i do believe in those time will busy during weekend , but start with disappointed for first impression of the front desk team . I booked 1 room large bed and non smooking room but not available and they offer smoking room . We take it but still disappointed , i thought they didn't read our reservation carefully when they got my reservation by app. They just asked our ID for copy it and fill reservation form and give the keys but they didn't give us clearly information about the hotel. Likes where and what time breakfast take place , another facilities. When we arrived to the room they said my room number is 502 and i try to open it ,but it didn't work and i check in the small envelope the room is 503. Luckily the guest in 502 didn't know this case because i saw the guest 502 came around after i move to 503 . The room is spacious and comfort but during the night we sleep, i can hear the next door guest turn on tv till morning because our room has connecting door. Swimming pool in 3rd floor not large but its okay, we looking the pool towel we didn't find it even pool attendant we didn't find it too. Breakfast at 2nd floor , the menu has so many choice , you can take it by yourself. When we meet the employee , almost of them less hospitality to greet the guest sometimes i do first , i think they need to improve their hospitality . I only found 1 women in front desk that she has good impression on hospitality during my check out time with gray uniform , didn't likes the 1 women in front desk with orange uniform during my check in which look didn't care about the guest. I hope it will be a good improvement in the future .

GGuest UserI was interested in staying at this hotel because of its unique location in a residential complex and the beautiful atmosphere around the hotel. I made a reservation through booking.com, all processes until I checked in everything went smoothly, the check-in process was very efficient, no more than 3 minutes. However, all thoughts of enjoying a clean and quiet room, and the desire to enjoy the surroundings of the hotel through the bedroom window, vanished in an instant. My eyes immediately found strands of hair on the couch and also on the bathroom floor, and the bedroom window was closed with an iced glass window which made sure I couldn't see anything from the room, let alone enjoy the natural atmosphere that had been beautiful in my mind. DISAPPOINTED. TIPS : 1. Please be careful when getting off the vehicle in front of the hotel lobby, because that area is also a road for residential residents, so make sure it is safe before you get out of the vehicle, because sometimes from the left and right vehicles pass by at high speed. 2. Make sure that your room's window is _see through_ so that you will not _trapped_ in a room with NO view!

GGuest UserWe stayed in this hotel during our trip to Semarang, My sister booked a connecting room, I stayed with my wife and my 9y..o daughter, and my sis was in the next door room. The room that we stayed in has some smell, the staff said it's because the aircon has just been switched on, but I didn't think so because my sister's room didn't have that smell. The ensuite layout is rather odd and too narrow. The shower is almost fall off. The bedroom itself is fine, the service is also quite good. There is a rooftop swimming pool. Location is also good.

BBackupThe location is very strategic, in the middle of the city. The price is affordable. The building is also still new. But the AC isn't cold, and the downside is something you really need to consider: if it rains, it floods! I've read reviews about flooding, I don't think it will be a problem. Turns out it's troublesome
