This hotel is located near Lembang, away from Bandung city's hustle and bustle, which is perfect for those who are looking for a peaceful place to stay. The building was designed by senior architect Tan Tjiang Ay, whose works are always so well-sunlit and has good air circulation. The decoration is full of plants, great paintings, pottery and antiques, but far from spooky ambience. I have to say this is the prettiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The staffs are very warm and helpful. I was here for my husband's birthday and I requested them to deliver the cake to our room right at 00:00. They did and even prepared to sing for my husband, too :) In the morning we woke up and the air was very fresh and cool around here. It was completely serene with little sound of chirping birds. We had very some good breakfast, and then we asked to see the art gallery across the street that belongs to the hotel's owner. Pak Arif took us there and introduced every collection. We were in awe. Before we got home they even gave us some brioche for the road, knowing that we were driving back to Jakarta. And when we got back to our car we just realized they even washed our car. It's a 10/10 stay for us. Never been this impressed at a hotel and the service before.

The condition of the villa is very good. Villa with a minimalist Japanese-style house design and very cool air.
Service and service is very good. Receptionist (Mba Wina & Alfitri) very helpful and friendly.
Disadvantages:
- the facilities around the villa are less ok, like not too well maintained
- The swimming pool is only for children and the water is really cold and not clean
- the bathroom door was broken 2x and it locked itself and couldn't be opened (but the staff immediately fixed it)
Overall quite satisfied because the villa is ok, friendly staff
But the facilities around the villa are not OK and complete.
It would be better if there was a pool with warm water or a playground for children to play

EefaCool cabin position, beautiful view. The cabin is clean and comfortable. Smart cabin is all controlled on the tab. The atmosphere is very nice plus you can play music from the tab. You can also cook, provided a stove and equipment and cutlery. Only lacks hot water for bathing because it is limited, waiting for it to heat up again takes a long time.

CcrosswaltzOrder via Agoda because of good price and good reviews. everything crumbles when entering the cottage + serene environment, away from bustling road good for those who wants calm lodging + cold fresh air + individual resort, very suitable during pandemic + very few mosquitos + good concierge - lots of cobwebs within the vicinity - dirty resort, I kept sneezing and have to wear slippers inside - dresser smells of mould.. I wouldn't bother put my clothes inside it - few channel selection for the TV only local channels - dirty bathroom with lots of mould at the walls and floor - bed was also broken at the middle part so I can't sleep properly and made my back hurt when woke up - pillows was so flat that it hurt my neck and shoulder also made me got a headache - poor wifi, poor cellular signal. I always woke up with around 45% battery left after fully charge it during the night - staff didn't inform the restaurant's business hours, can't order at 8 PM so have to order online and pay hefty delivery fee because it's located far from food center (day 2) - staff didn't inform the main gate closing hour, got locked at 9 PM!! tried to call the number at Agoda and NOT available. Had to google for 15 minutes and called 3 different number to finally got one (Day 3) - morning before check out I just realized the hole of the wooden wall carving at the back of head bed got no mesh for protection no wonder I saw small bugs enter the bedroom..

MmikeylrStaycation to Black Bird, Bandung. I went my 2D1N here, the location at Lembang Bandung. The receptionist, cafe, and the room are separated, and we need to have a short walk. The staff and security are friendly to us and help bring our stuff to the room. I didn't try the swimming pool because there are so many fallen leaves on the pool's surface. The rainy come and become humid. The room also eats but wooden smelly. Unfortunately, there's a hair mark also stained on my bedsheets, pillow, and to be honest looks not comfy, and I've complained to them. They should have an improvement in this issue. During the covid-19 pandemic, the cleaning and healthy room is the first issue, but overall, thanks!

Kkkkkkkkkkkk30For a cheap price of 120 million, the place is easily accessible, it is good to have a rooftop that can bbq and a kitchen for cooking is provided (too bad, I didn't want to ask for hot water but was told to go to the kitchen, so I don't know what the kitchen can be accessed, but I didn't cook water in the kitchen told the receptionist), lack of cleanliness if from 5, he gets 3 days, a lot of dusty, especially on the rooftop and kitchen. I just want to come back and stay here because I can cook and bbq on the rooftop is great ❤️ hope it can be improved yaaaaaa cleanliness

NnickyontravelRecently booked thi whole villa for the team with 40 persons in it. Located inside ex. Kampung Gajah theme park, which permanently closed. The view in the surrounding was great and also have clean air. The room very spacious and family-friendly with 2 single bed so can be up to 4 grown men. The price was affordable so do not expect much, as they do not serve breakfast here.
