excellent service ever!!!!.. very recomended hotel in Palembang.. we arrived in a evening, the security have a good knowledge of service, help us to call the bellboy and bring our luggage to the lobby. the customer service very friendly and helpful. i got a lot of convinience and highest service from them. the room cleaniest hotel room ever. we got connecting room. the swimmingpool is small but no worries kids got a lot of happiness play on it. last but not the least.. they offering palembang foods' breakfast. the choice is not as much as i though but its enough to taste a from the sour savory food until sweetness.. maybe next if i come back palembang , will chose this hotel agai.. thanksss all staff the excelton more success and famous!!!

GGuest UserCheck in take long time it seems the front desk man is confused. I stayed in executive suites, big room faced the swimming pool. They didnt check that shower gel and shampoo is empty, also the tissue only in bath room, for that big room i think they need to place tissue also in living room. When i want to use the bathtub, i found some sands, dirty there. For shower, the hot water just warm even though i set it maximum. For swimming pool it is okay, there is locker inside the changing room but no information it can be used or not. For gym not so many equipment there. Breakfast with many variants menu, the taste is just okay, it said chicken porridge but no shreded chicken. Late check out time just until 12.30.

Most of the staff can speak English & the service was always good & prompt except for the times when certain staff didn't know English & it was harder to request certain services I needed. Lots of food options nearby, both local cuisine & some international cuisine! Theres a really nice bakery connected to the lobby of the hotel as well, so even though I didn't get the hotel breakfast, I had lots of options for all my meals!
