Find the Cheap Jaranguda Hotels

Don’t be fooled by the relatively new look of this place. It’s cheap and nasty. To the point where they don’t even put quilt covers on the quilts. Gross. Furthermore the place just stinks. Literally. Its main feature is that it has a hot spring in the middle of the complex. This is a design flaw as the hot spring smells of sulphur (rotten egg) and it goes through everything, including the bedding and pillows. It was disgusting. If this wasn’t bad enough, the night we stayed there, there was a function on that played nonstop music that went through the entire complex at ridiculous levels. Sitting in our rooms we had to talk over the music it was that loud. This went until 12:30am and stated again at 6am!! Hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. Below is complaint I wrote to the hotel. Their response was a no to the refund and did not even apologise. Hello I’d like to express how disappointed we were with our stay at your hotel and request a refund for last night’s accommodation. Allowing the music to be consistently so loud from when we arrived around 6pm and to continue until 12:30am and then to begin again at 6am is appalling customer service and showed zero consideration for your guests who did not attend the function. We were unable to sleep or escape the constant racket. Furthermore we were unable to have breakfast which was included in our price. At the very least we should have been advised of the function and given a choice to cancel our reservation. I feel a refund is a more than reasonable request and I look forward to you actioning it accordingly.

No Wi-Fi. Nearby there is a villa where young people sing karaoke and play the guitar every day, sometimes until 1-2 am, this makes it difficult to sleep. I hope the situation will change. Beautiful view from the second floor (take a room on the second) of the volcano. For a short stay this is a good place.

It was so lovely and amazing trip where I can have chance to come and stay at Sinabung Hills Berastagi Medan. Skip a night from the busy hustle Medan city is a good choice to be in quite fresh cold place and see the nature blend with the great hospitality products and services. Drove about 2 hours from Medan and recommended during weekdays instead of weekend and when you enter the Hotel area and go inside to the back side of Hotel then you can see how beautiful it is. Lobby is big enough with plenty of space, nice restaurant with amazing view. Feel like you forgot all your daily activities and feel the fresh air to breathe. Room is spacious and the view from the balcony was fantastic and love to open the windows during stay. Pool so big and beautiful garden with lovely colorful flowers everywhere, big Christmas trees everywhere. Staffs oh so amazing, they are all friendly and always smile and serve you with sincere, you can feel it. Overall, my one night stay brought me good memories and feel wanna back soon with my family. Thank you to Mr. Pasaribu (General Manager) and all hia entire teams who gave me warm welcome and good memories during stay. I used it on my second Blastagi trip. It was located in a scenic location, the food was delicious, and it was crowded with many tourists. One thing that bothered me was that there was no remote control in the room as the air conditioning was throughout the building. I had to cancel due to a sudden change in my plans for the next day, but I would like to use the service again if I have the opportunity. (Thank you very much for driving me to my destination the next day.)
