The size of bed room is bigger than other Fave Hotel in Indonesia, with high ceiling, luxurious furniture, clean and tidy. Nice few from bedroom window, quite place surrounding the hotel (I was on 6th Fl.) The receptionist area wider and cozy. Many variety of foods and drinks during breakfast, excellent foods and tasty. Excellent staff, excellent services as well. The best hotel @Tasikmalaya.

Recently I staying for 10 nights at executive room. They didn’t provide sleeper, and the cups are dirty, bathroom was very small, but the room are huge. Cleanliness in the room was OK, but the smell aren’t good, suggested to put some odor removal. FnB side really worst, I came only one time for having breakfast and doesn’t want to having anymore breakfast at the restaurant, the taste and persentation horrible, want to order coffee at the lobby but no one staff can make the coffee. You have good hotel and room, but your FnB really your big homework...

The ambience of this hotel is cozy. Hotel is located in the downtown of Tasikmalaya. Room is clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast menu is modest but the taste is quite good. Recommended hotel to stay in Tasikmalaya.

My first time staying at this property, at Cordella Hotel Tasikmalaya from today 15 Sep until 18 Sep 2023. I am bringing a kid, 5 year old) with me which unfortunately he got sick this morning, and he has fever. This afternoon, around 3-4 pm I heard a continue dragged sounds of tables and chair above my room. Then I learnt that above my room is a function hall. Pretty sure the banquet staff dragged everything instead lifted those equipments. My son fell asleep since 7.00 pm because of his medicine, and awoken by a super loud friday night live music that started from 8pm and receptionist said that it will be until 11pm. And he also said that live music also happening in the street of Yudanegara beside in the rooftop. So if you are expecting a sound proof room for a solitude, don’t choose this hotel. If you’d like to join the night crowd and party all night long, this hotel is suitable for you. Actually I’m a kind of like this hotel because it’s quite new, great service from FO and HSKP, (have’t try the FB service and product yet) and everything works in order. TV can do the netflix and youtube (smart tv). I would give 5 stars for those things…but 1 star for soundproof room.

Ok so I feel an obligation to write this review to warn anyone potentially thinking of staying here.. this is not to be nasty or petty but rather to say it how it is.. I booked here for three nights, yes it is super cheap, but that is typical for Java, it’s super affordable.. I arrived at my room and to my absolute horror, I will break down what I experienced without prejudice or exaggeration.. mouldy curtains, not a few specs, black mould visible all over, dirty bedding, the pale yellow kind, wall paper peeling off the walls, a lot, an old leather lounge that was so worn it was cracked and grossly faded.. then the bathroom, the grit was black, the toilet was yellowish brown, this is not an exaggeration.. I waited for the nice man to leave and called my partner and just broke down, it was horrendous and something I have never ever experienced in all my years of travelling.. I am train travelling around Java solo, I wanted to go budget, why not.. but after this experiment, yes I ran so fast, budget is out the door.. I contacted head office, they responded straight away, they wanted photos, I didn’t stay long enough for that, but I strongly suggested to them they send a representative over there asap.. please do not book, they want your money also before you get there.. interesting.. please don’t trust the photos online.. and honestly, I am not one to complain or leave bad reviews.. :/

Santika Hotel Tasikmalaya makes your stay an unforgettable one. Right at the moment we arrived here , we’ve been welcome with gentle and cheerful smile from front office team. From the lobby to restaurants, you can find well trained and very well groomed staffs. We were on breakfa and the breakfast area is the best one here with many options. i would like to say thank you to Elly for kind help and antusiasm service she really professional and reliable! .Last but not least the housekeeping staff was very prompt. Thank you once again for the amazing service. Overall stay was wonderful and we are planning to come back soon here at Santika Hotel Tasikmalaya.
