overall rate 7,8/10 karena bbrp hal: 1. pas checkin lama banget nunggu sejam (baru masuk kamar jam 15.05) 2. pool agak kotor. banyak endapan di dasar kolam. 3. tangga yg outdoor agak licin karena kena hujan 4. air panas nya susah diatur, harus pinter2 ngatur keran. 5. shower room di kamar deluxe kecil bgt sisanya aman. + design interior kamar deluxe bagus banget, klasiknya dapet dan nyaman + pool ga licin lantainya. tangganya juga terawat tidak berkarat + shower room dan toilet berfungsi dengan baik + kasur bantal selimut dan sprei bersih terawat lembut dan wangi.

Everytime I stay here it’s just getting better and better. Many rooms have been refurbished into modern furnitures. With friends we stayed at VIP lodge with 2 bedrooms and living room, to the main door facing right to the private hot spring pool. And to the west is gorgeous Ciremai Mountain (3075 m) stands still, the highest volcano mountain in West Java. This hotel spa and resorts is huge and has so many attraction/facilities within the compound. From paddy field, jogging track, pets, fishing pond, soccer field, 3 swimming pools and many more. When staying you must indulge yourself with this hot spring and spa with professional method. The price is also very friendly. The only note to be improved of this hotel is less variety of menu. And taste is still standard.

This a clean and nice Hotel with swimming pool face to beautiful mountain view. I wae booked this hotel in Oktober 2019 for Desember 21th via Myhorison aplication and charged with my credit card, unfortunately when I arrived at the lobby, the front office manager and officer said my booking was not reserved and i had to paid again for my stay. They said Will help refund my payment, but until end of Desember three ia no good news for my refund. So don't use Myhorison aplication, i'm dissapointed!

I give a rating based on the room I ordered, not overall, I'm sure that overall all categories are at Five Star, coincidentally I got a room called the tree house which is at the very end of this resort. the place is okay. With a traditional ***a design, it's good for a family vacation, but the location is on the edge of being a challenge for us because it feels like a test of courage hehe... the rest is cool, the service is okay... the facilities need to be improved in this tree house.

Discover this hotel from the mail sent by Mysantika then I decided to give it a try. And I did not regret the decision. This is a new hotel, with so many parking lots, surrounded by local houses and paddy rice field and Mt. Ciremai on the west. Getting aroung inside the hotel, at first, was a little bit tricky but eventually got used to it after sometime. The hotel architecture was unique, and the huge restaurant specially designed to capitalise all fresh air available so no need aircon. And there is a proper jogging track( i walked for 8000 steps until the rain start pouring and I decided to try the gym that unfortunately was still locked at 6:10 am. Then the room. Very clean, spacious and minimalist. Still do not really liked the idea of putting water sink outside bathroom; still OK with the open concept wardrobe. The toilet and shower room separated, bu for me there are too small. The TV provided, from what I seen, was the smart tv but not got a chance to check it. Since it was thunderstorm outside we decided have dinner in the hotel. They have a bar on the 6th floor (skyline) oversee Cirebon, surrounding villages and Mt. Ciremai. The seat/sofa/chairs were not comfortable for me. I decided to move to the hotel resto on the ground floor since the dish I was about to order was sold out. I ordered oxtail soup with rice, and the taste and quality were above average. My complaint regarding the service solved by the manager in charge at once. There were so many various breakfast dishes, from Indonesian traditional to western style. Tried many Indonesian traditional dishes and all were very good, both taste and quality. The fresh fruit platter was also at its best, mainly the papaya. So, I will come again.
