I had my stay on 28 - 30 October. Overll the check in process was smooth and the room is comfort. The disaster happened on the next day when I went down for breakfast at 6:20 in the morning. I understand the bfast started from 6 am and the reason I went dow at 6:20 was to avoid the crowd and to select the seats we wanted. There was not many waitress in charge I have to call them for tea and coffee. The duration of waiting for coffee and tea ws about 30 mins until I have to contact them again and again. The weird things that there was nobody incharge in Semarangan section and Dimsum section and Roti Kukus Section ( I took the photo attached). I even asked the staffs what time the staff arrived and start serve the guests. One of the staffs said that some of them were still prepared the breakfast and the manager was not stand by also in the restaurant. It was terrible experience for 5 star hotel like Tentrem. On fact I had enjoyable and memorable stay and experience when I stayed at Padma Semarang on the previous stay. The staffs esp in the restaurant are more attentive and details. Its a nice hotel. The advantage of this hotel because the hotel become part of DP mall, the hotel is very clean and very nice staff.I came before 2PM and they let me to check in earlier without any charge, I lost my watch during the stay and the cleaning staff inform that she put on the other side of the table. And my daughter also left her jacket on the outside restroom (not in our room) and we found on the receptionist desk. Also I forgot to bring charger for my phone and we just can leave the phone to charge at the front desk. Which means Room Inc hotel has honest employee and very kind, very helpful. The breakfast has variative kind, I really love the porridge. So tasty The suggestion for this hotel, maybe you may re-decorate the room. Its very small with big TV. Its not easy to move from one side to another because the gap is very small. But overall I really enjoy to stay at this hotel. Thank you Room Inc Semarang

We're staying during our Jawa Tengah trip in a family room. The hotel has 4 storey equip with a lift and simple reception desk. Kids love their bunkbed. They have parking slot and many food stall around.

Ppipit elang HI was a bit disappointing due to reality that this hotel is extremely small for 4 stars hotel. The twin bed was joint to give no meaning of asking twin bed since the room was small. The bathroom has no outside door, so if you stay with your friends, you will have less privacy as the glass door still see through. Food was very limited with average taste, so stay more than 1 night will bore you for breakfast. The TV always broken without steady connection after 4x of repairmen and cable changing. The pool was so small and joint with cafe which make no relax feeling at all. The welcome drink came so long after almost 30 minutes of waiting and asked for the 2nd time, although the drink was quite nice. But I lost my mood to stay in the cafe. The only good things are the staffs were friendly and the mall in front of premises is a bit of entertained me. But I will not come back again.

The hotel is located in a great area, just a short walk from some of the city's top attractions.
The room itself was clean, and comfortable.
The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff were always available to answer any questions. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room tidy throughout the stay.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable experience in the city.”

AAnonymous UserThe hotel lobby feels like an art museum and it’s absolutely beautiful. The hotel and rooms are as seen in pictures and the bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. Grabbing to and from the airport was convenient as it is within a 20 minute distance. Food places nearby were very convenient to grab or walk to - especially the nearby babi guling dewata shop that had juicy, succulent sate. The rooftop bar was a great place to hangout and the drinks were pretty nice. Only tip is to slather on mosquito repellent or wear long pants. Overall a very pleasant experience, would definitely not hesitate to come back again in future!

NNouveau82Overall it's quite okay, but this hotel is more suitable for business trip. It doesn't fit my taste for a family vacation. Located just few meters from the busy street, in a busy building. Good thing is there are lots of restaurants and food stall around.
Bed wise, it's too short for me. The room is big, but somehow the bed is kinda short. So weird.

GGuest UserI asked workers to change my room because my room was too noisy due to the live music in front of the hotel. The receptionists instantly addressed the issue and introduced a new quiet room.
And I asked to finish the laundry earlier than usual because I needed to leave the hotel earlier to catch the flight. And, the receptionist also handled this quickly and delivered laundries on time.
I can't appreciate enough their service and hospitality.

WWidyaYuwandaThe hotel is located at the center of Semarang, at the same building with Gramedia and Dunkin Donuts. You can reached Paragon Mall and Lawang Sewu by walking. The hotel is not well maintained. Several stain in the bathroom, greyish bedsheet, moist smell from the towel. The breakfast is so-so, not too many option. But it has the minimal option : rice, fried rice, bread station and egg station. One thing that I appreciate is they provide dispencer to refill our drinks, soap and shampoo is also in refill pump. So this hotel quite support zero waste. Will I go back? Most likely no.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel by app . This hotel located in city center of semarang closed by simpang lima. When we parking our motorcycle bit confuse because no guard there that can help us , so i think it mix between guest and employee. Start check in around 4 pm , i do believe in those time will busy during weekend , but start with disappointed for first impression of the front desk team . I booked 1 room large bed and non smooking room but not available and they offer smoking room . We take it but still disappointed , i thought they didn't read our reservation carefully when they got my reservation by app. They just asked our ID for copy it and fill reservation form and give the keys but they didn't give us clearly information about the hotel. Likes where and what time breakfast take place , another facilities. When we arrived to the room they said my room number is 502 and i try to open it ,but it didn't work and i check in the small envelope the room is 503. Luckily the guest in 502 didn't know this case because i saw the guest 502 came around after i move to 503 . The room is spacious and comfort but during the night we sleep, i can hear the next door guest turn on tv till morning because our room has connecting door. Swimming pool in 3rd floor not large but its okay, we looking the pool towel we didn't find it even pool attendant we didn't find it too. Breakfast at 2nd floor , the menu has so many choice , you can take it by yourself. When we meet the employee , almost of them less hospitality to greet the guest sometimes i do first , i think they need to improve their hospitality . I only found 1 women in front desk that she has good impression on hospitality during my check out time with gray uniform , didn't likes the 1 women in front desk with orange uniform during my check in which look didn't care about the guest. I hope it will be a good improvement in the future .

GGuest UserWe live this place. Front desk staff super friendly. You can tell they are meticulous about COVID protocols - front desk had shields and all the staff wearing proper mask. The room are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included and it was very good breakfast not your typical nasi goreng and omelette! Good job chef! If you truly want to enjoy the scenery get to the rooftop / pool, the pool on the site were big and offerings best view of Semarang Downtown. I highly recommend this hotel!

BBackupThe location is very strategic, in the middle of the city. The price is affordable. The building is also still new. But the AC isn't cold, and the downside is something you really need to consider: if it rains, it floods! I've read reviews about flooding, I don't think it will be a problem. Turns out it's troublesome
