wether for Business or Pleasure this hotel is FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY. my first impression when i saw it on Hotels.com was right on the money. when i arrived i was happy to see such a nice modern, very clean, Hotel. front desk staff was very polite and the restaurant was excellent. i was treated very nice by the entire staff Especially Deddy. my room was very clean, AC was great, Bathroom was good. every time i turned around there was someone cleaning something, even the outside button for the elevators.. the floors are spotless, elevator immaculate. one of cleanest hotel i have ever stayed in. when i return to Berau this will certainly be the place i will stay.

I like this hotel, strategic, just only 100meter from jetty before go to Maratua island. With my guest we stay one nigh in this hotel. Usually i value hotel how nice their brushtooth, average or luxurary, and this hotel have the last.t If their care about something like that, they will care other too. Breakfast is complate, rarely i find breakfast complete as hotel like this. Note: one of my guest like, i massage machine. You shold try this

Check-In took us awhile despise we booked in advance. Room wasn't big & dated. You can asked for low floor, as it was easy to access via staircase. Bfast was so so.... Standard room rate was around USD 25/nite twins sharing. So don't expect too much.

Das Hotel ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt okay. Es gab keinen Haartrockner im Zimmer. Das Frühstück beginnt um 6 und bietet eine große Auswahl. Die Angestellten waren freundlich. Es gibt eine Dachterrasse mit schönem Ausblick. Getränkepreise für indon. Verhältnisse eher teuer. In Berau kann man nicht viel machen. Vor dem Hotel ist ein Geschäft, in dem es Gebäck und sehr gute Waffeln gibt. KFC ist auch in der Nähe. Der Flughafen ist 15 Min. mit dem Taxi entfernt. Es wird ein gratis Flughafen-Shuttle angeboten.
