Vvalen10Oldish hotel in Resort Dago Pakar, nothern area of Bandung. Unique design of bathroom which pretty difficult to understand the philosophy. It shows on the photos attached. Really nice to stay in Wisma Joglo. It's surrounded by restaurants. it woukd be great if they gave new towels, pillows etc because they campaign OYO Operator as new Management and standart. The sour smell of porstex is too strong. Some interior need to be fix because of leaks. Hopefully will be better service in the future.
GGuest UserOMG! What a great experience staying in this hotel. I've never seen a very clean hotel as this one. The view is beyond my expectation. A breathtaking view is everywhere in this hotel. It's cold here, no A/C, but there is a fireplace in our room. It was my first experience using a fireplace as well. The staff are very friendly. My family and I really enjoyed our staying in this hotel. I will definitely visit this hotel again if I come here!
SSurjadi SantosoA very memorable experience during our stay at Hotel Indigo began with check-in at the receptionist, where we were surprised to be informed that our room had been upgraded to the King Suite City View by the receptionist's staff (sorry, forgot to ask his name, a young man with glasses and polite words), and ended with check-out at the receptionist.
During our stay at Hotel Indigo, the service was excellent; there was welcome food and snacks in the room, and the service continued at our breakfast meal, which received a warm greeting and service from the personnel (particularly Mr. Lucky) and the restaurant.
The pleasant position is relatively far from the city center, so it is quiet to rest, but if you want to explore Bandung, it is also close to fascinating attractions.
With this experience, we want to make another trip to Hotel Indigo Bandung Dago Pakar, where we hope to find more surprises and kind and attentive service for hotel guests.
Hopefully, this Indigo Hotel will be more profitable and continue to be a desirable place to stay for vacation, rest, or meetings.
TTaufikVery bad experience at breakfast. We ordered breakfast from 7.30 to 8.13 but it was not delivered to the dining room. The Bobocabin (BC) staff even prioritizes guests who book rooms that do not include breakfast. Even though the breakfast menu is only chicken porridge which is not really worth it with the room price per night being 3 million.
I complained about this at first, they didn't care about the apparent unprofessionalism of the BC staff.
1 hour later Mr. Andi came, who said the Vice Branch Manager apologized for the service. I appreciate Mr Andi's efforts. We also receive maximum compensation for such unprofessionalism.
But the breakfast service model and menu are not really worth it compared to the price per night of the cabin. It's best if BC isn't ready to have breakfast delivered to the cabin. So guests don't wait in the dining room (communal house).
Maybe I'll just stay for the day.
Hopefully this input will be listened to and considered.
SSatrioFor a 4 stars hotel, it’s actually worth almost a 5 stars hotel. Everything was very good, near excellent. The breakfast buffet was great too. The rooftop restaurant view is so great, maybe you can improve the taste of the menu.
OOmi~Omiwe booked 2 room and the staff was amazing, they always make sure we get what we needed. but unfortunately some of kids activities and playground under renovation and just available on weekends.
AakhmadEverything was good, it was just that the provision of towels, which was very important for our stay, was not available in the room and came late at night
AaaronfesguerraIf you’re a solo traveler looking for something special and close to nature, this place is the perfect spot for you. The photo really does show what you get - it’s clean and raw, but in a good way. The bed is super comfy, but just a heads up, the shower isn’t heated, which is part of the experience. It’s also just a 3-minute walk to Kawah Putih, which is the best place to experience Ciwidey.
AAeniceDespite being far from the main road. I'd like to say that the resort is a pleasant location to stay, with lovely scenery behind the cottage. The room design is distinctive, but it is not well maintained, but overall it is good. Thank you!
