Find the Cheap Samobor Hotels

After staying for two days, there was no service, and the bathroom towels in the room were not cleaned at all! When I took my children to the swimming pool, the waiter's attitude was extremely bad. He was only targeting Chinese people. There were a whole room of people in the room. He insisted that we speak loudly and specially recorded a video. Our voices were not ours at all. It was extremely outrageous! It feels a bit racist towards the Chinese! Not satisfied with the service here! A video of the swimming pool is provided so that everyone can see why we were so noisy. The massage SPA is arranged next to the swimming pool. It is not a bath, so how can there be no sound! When checking in, you can write a clear statement stating that children are not allowed to stay and no sound is allowed while swimming! It's so ridiculous. There was basically no sound from our child in this video. When the waiter came in, he came straight to us and asked us to remind the child to keep it down, but we didn't make any noise at all! Time and time again! This is the worst hotel experience! I will certainly recommend this hotel for the reception, cleaning, excellent breakfast. It really feels like in a 5-star hotel: a huge, clean room and breakfast where you really find everything with the smile of the employees who are living. Bravi

The hotel was ok but we were not happy with the dishonesty of the housekeeping. My friends left behind an envelope with money which was meant to pay our tour operator on the table in their room. They remembered half an hour later after we left the hotel. Our guide called the hotel but they said it is no envelope to be found. The envelope contained EUR 430 and it had names and amount written on it. It is also bulky so it is not possible for housekeeping to miss it or for them to think that the envelope is for them. We only stayed there a night and it is improbable that anyone would leave a tip that is much more than the cost of the hotel stay. I hope this serves as a warning to potential guests that they be wary of dishonest housekeeping in that hotel.

It's a nice hotel. The reception at the front desk is warm. The facilities and equipment are clean and tidy. The various layouts and designs in the room are very good. It can be seen that the hotel owner has put great effort into the design and management of the hotel. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. This hotel The location is relatively remote and suitable for self-driving tours. It is a very good choice. I recommend it.

Iniziamo col dire che non è stato per niente facile riuscire a entrare in contatto tramite mail con la struttura (preferisco farlo di persona per essere sicura del prezzo e per ogni piccolezza ), magari avrei dovuto capirlo da lì e prenderla come segno del destino le non risposte e appunto andare altrove. Arrivati là siamo stati accolti da una signora molto cordiale che ci ha spiegato orari colazione, check out, orari spa ecc poi ci siamo diretti nella nostra stanza . Premetto di aver specificato nelle varie mail come in quella di conferma finale che volevo una camera matrimoniale perciò mi aspettavo un letto matrimoniale e non due letti singoli attaccati che a ogni movimento si staccavano creando così un buco tra i due. In generale materasso scomodo e cuscini idem però alla fine abbiamo combinato facendo passare le 4 notti, l’aria condizionata a palla ovunque senza possibilità di spengerla e impostata a massimo 22 gradi che con più di 30 gradi fuori non erano il massimo per lo sbalzo di temperatura poi di notte abbiamo dovuto usato il piumone. In bagno c’era la vasca con un vetro paraschizzi mobile abbastanza scomodo per entrare e salire in quanto non c’era nessun punto per aggrapparsi ( non ho problemi deambulatori però mi sono trovata in difficoltà) , il fon inutile ( non ne avevano in struttura altri da poter usufruire se non usare quello dell area spa, allego foto). La pulizia della stanza non soddisfacente visto che oltre al cambio asciugamani non hanno mai pulito il davanzale delle finestre pieni di insetti morti, si limitavano a cambiare asciugamani, sistemare il piumone sul letto e dare una rinfrescata molto superficiale però con un detersivo a base di aceto se non aceto puro. Stanza grande senza prodotti nel frigo bar, il bagno era fornito di bagno schiuma, sapone mani e asciugamani . La prima sera abbiamo deciso di cenare al ristorante dell hotel… arriviamo e chiediamo se ci fosse posto per due, il cameriere ci fa accomodare già un po’ scocciato e ci fa sedere appicciati a un altro tavolino occupato. Ci chiede se volessimo bere qualcosa e poco dopo averci portato il bere ci porta un antipasto offerto dalla casa senza spiegare minimamente cosa ci fosse dentro. Guardiamo il menù e tempo 2 minuti ( neanche il tempo di poter guardare e tradurre nella nostra lingua ) e torna lo stesso cameriere quindi io ordino il panino Princess con patatine fritte e il mio ragazzo stava per ordinare un taglio di carne che poi il cameriere ci ha detto che il minimo era 250 g perciò gli ho chiesto altro due minuti per decidere visto il prezzo e li ho sbagliato tutto a quanto pare. Già da prima poco amichevole ci ha detto con tono molto scazzato che non poteva aspettare visto che da lì a 5 minuti sarebbero arrivate 25 persone e non aveva tempo ( spoiler il ristorante è rimasto vuoto per tutto il tempo ed erano comunque in 3 in sala), io mi sarei alzata e sarei andata via ma abbiamo deciso di ordinare un altro panino princess e aspettare. We stayed at the hotel for a short time, but we were very happy with the service. The staff is extremely friendly, available for any questions and requests, they try very hard to satisfy the guest. The ambience is at a very high level, modern and comfortable. The rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast is varied and very tasty. Location is superb, very close to the beautiful Lake Jarun. We will be very happy to return!
