We stayed 2 nights at the hotel for a family funeral in Wolverhampton and were welcomed by the lovely Claudia who was very kind and helpful. The hotel was situated well and was very clean and comfortable. Unexpected family arrived one evening and Claudia made everyone welcome and helped and served us in the bar. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice again served by Claudia. Claudia is an asset to the hotel and we would certainly go back just to see Claudia. Thank you for your kindness and help.
We recently hosted a 20th Anniversary Ball at the Mount Hotel. This event was booked 12 months ago and we had an initial meeting with Sabrina, the Sales and Events coordinator. From the onset she has been brilliant and always available to discuss our requirements. We cannot thank her enough for her hard work ensuring our evening went according to plan. We had a number of changes during the planning stages and these were dealt with efficiently. The event itself was a huge success and this is down to hosting it at such a beautiful venue. The food served on the evening was perfect, everyone's individual dietary requirements were adhered to perfectly. It was served hot, which is difficult to achieve when there are 120 guests, but it was no problem for the staff at the Mount. On the evening we were looked after by Siri. He ensured that the evening ran smoothly. His timing for all things was perfect and we were kept informed of everything. We cannot thank him enough. We have nothing but praise to the staff at the Mount Hotel. If you are thinking of booking any sort of celebration event I would highly recommend them.

We stayed here last night and I wasnāt impressed at all . Firstly we had phoned up to ask for a room with a bath , as I have fibromyalgia and we never stay anywhere without a bath as it helps me go to sleep easier . We was promised our room had one . When we arrived we realised our room had no bath . Asking to be swapped to a room that had one at reception, we was told the hotel was completely full , they had no staff to change the room and so we had to stay in the room we had been given . Down stairs in the reception area and bar is quite modern and nice . Our bedroom was we equipped with a fridge , kettle and iron board , but the decor was very dated ā¦ a room that looked to have been attempted to have been modernised on a low budget . Wood chip type walls were still a feature and the toilet , which was a separate room , was grubby and looked unclean . The room also smelt of cat wee , I have no idea why , but it did . The bar was extremely short staffed and we felt very sorry for the one bar staff that was rushed off his feet . We couldnāt even have a coffee before weād went to our room , totally understandable from the bar staffs point as he was so busy heād turned the machine off , but from a hotels point if view it was poor ā¦ you desperately need more staff to accommodate the large hotel you have . Not having a bath left me with a restless night , with little sleep . The breakfast was good though , definitely a plus point . I didnāt like that there was signs asking if youād paid your parking as hotel staff wouldnāt inform you of the charges what happens to those who canāt read ? A nice Ā£100 fine is what theyāll probably get ā¦ come on novoetel , you need to tell and warn your guests , you have that responsibility to look after them . This hotel is not very friendly for people with conditions , All in all I donāt think weāll be staying in a novoetel anytime soon , it wasnāt the best .
The instructions for how to get in were clear, the communication with the accomodation was also prompt and helpful. The room itself was really smart and tidy. Clean facilities, felt safe and secure and also a great central location. Would definitely stay again.

Cannot praise this hotel and staff enough. All of the staff during our stay were exceptional in their customer approach, friendly and helpful throughout. We (four adults) stayed in the Molinoux Suite, which was perfect for our stay with a nice āsmall loungeā area where we could sit and socialise. Everything was spotlessly clean. We had lunchtime drinks and a meal in Hamiltons, which was delicious and very reasanable. The cocktails were very good. The location is perfect for town and a Ā£5 taxi journey to either the station or to the horse racetrack.

TTonksVery clean relatively newly renovated rooms. The hotel is in a quiet green area which conveniently close to the city centre. The breakfast was very pleasent and good value. The staff are friendly and the room was very clean. Overall this was an excellent hotel.
GGuest UserPaid for a king superior room that transpired to be smaller than a Premier inn room. It was room 111 with 2 of the 3 sealed double glazed blown with internal condensation . There was just enough room to walk around the bed,. If you want to watch TV then youāll be watching it from your bed either sat on the end or sat up on it. Thereās a fixed desk with 1 chair pushed under it as directly below the TV. Reception said it was correct .I got conned the photos advertising this property and wonāt be returning here again
Booked from a friend's recommendation and was very happy with my stay. Check-in was easy and treated by some nice staff. The rooms are massive and very nicely decorated, showers nice and warm with great pressure. Bed was very comfy, and everything was clean. Room was a bit hot with the windows open but they do provide a fan (Mine had some writing on it saying it belonged to Rachel and said not to move), but I am very glad someone had as it helped massively. For the price with breakfast and parking, you really can't beat it.
